DDP is local to my IV and Ozone clinic, and they have been great at supplying my medical needs. There are times when I need something right away, and I can usually pick up the same day, if needed. Otherwise, I have delivery the following day. Michael has been very good at learning what I need and prefer, and making sure that I have what I need. If he needs to go looking for something they have not carried before, he will follow up and find the product or find me an answer. When I need to order anything, DDP is my first call.

Our main (and consistent) contact is with Agnes (Acct'g), Belinda (C/S Supervisor), and Chanel (Acct Manager) ... all three are "on it" for us, consistently. We are a relatively new business, and without the excellent (and above-the-call-of-duty) assistance by each, and more so our daily contact with our Acct Mgr Chanel, including her quick response and action ... well, she definitely makes our days easier.
