Do not have a single good thing to say about this place. My daughter went there due to self harm ideations and sever anxiety. They bullied her the entire time saying they “over heard her saying she was just board that’s why she was there” which was wrongfully out of context according to my daughter and several of the girls she was in there with yes they kept contact outside of the hospital. Next they falsely accused my daughter of bullying she’s never bullied anything a day in her life she laughed at a funny situation and claimed she laughed at someone, harassed her with PA about bullying didn’t give her a second of down time forcing her to do the pa and claiming she wouldn’t go home if she didn’t do it. We told her to advocate for herself and even called up there to gripe about the situation she’s there to rest her mind and try to straighten herself out not be falsely accused feel bullied and harassed and stressed and threatened. When her step mom called up there on request of me and her mother as she’s got a degree minoring in psychology and a second one in health care admin and she’s a pharm tech she has all the knowledges needed to understand most of this vs we don’t the social worker Emily refuses to call her back called her mom (unknowing all calls to and from the phones in our house are recorded and her mom already heard the whole voice mail) and twisted everything the step mom said. The mom was told one thing and we were always told another and it was NEVER the same story which of course me and her mom saw after sharing phone call recordings. My daughter in the week she was there or a little over she was 100% more distressed from the harassment and bullying and the facility was trying hard to put one parent against the other while hurting our daughter more and then telling her they wouldn’t do anything with meds tho she asked for a little help so she was able to take the edge off and use her coping skills as she was anxious walking up at a 10 and was too overwhelmed to sue coping skills properly and they told her she didn’t measure up to their image of trying and refused. I would NOT recommend and just so you know if you complain they tell you to call them with your experience and then write notes of how rude and non compliant and it’s really not even worth it as nothing is done about it in their facility they just cover their butts with excuses. But I do find people need to hear the Horst truth about these places who are supposed to be helping our children and are traumatizing them further.

This place is the most ridiculous place that I've ever been in my life they canceled two appointments with a therapist on their own and that I had to reschedule so the therapist dropped her in the months that she has been a patient there there have been multiple cancellations not to mention months waiting to get a new appointment I don't suggest that anybody go here there are many other options besides dealing with bologna at this institution

I was enrolled into the PHP Outpatient Program and had nothing short of a positive experience. After I finished the program, I was assigned a psychiatrist.

After 1 visit I have cancelled the psych services because:

1. It was next to impossible to get in touch with my doctor.
2. I was prescribed two medications that I was denied because they weren’t covered by my insurance.
3. My medications have yet to be sent to the correct location.

In closing, I highly recommend their PHP because the therapists/SW were all great. I cannot, however, recommend Psych services.

My partner had a good experience in the outpatient program and with the psychiatrist here, but getting any therapy has been an absolute nightmare. She has been cancelled on and rescheduled at least three times, to the point where she has been without therapy for MONTHS- never even saw her therapist. She has to wait 30 minutes to an hour every time she has an appointment. I understand that mental health is an overwhelmed field, but take care of your patients you already have and don't cancel their appointments DAY OF.

Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients

Good luck if Dr. Radnovich is your psychiatrist. You will wait an hour to see him every visit. Does not matter if it’s 10am or 3pm he is ALWAYS at least one hour behind schedule. Don’t bother calling the practice manager. She will not call you back!

Went here recently for an evaluation for a loved one. The “social worker” who spoke with us was uncaring and lacked any compassion. She had a button on her shirt that said “I left my cats for this.” Completely inappropriate for someone whose role should be to have compassion and help people seeking mental care. I would never send anyone I cared about here. What a waste and complete disappointment. I wish zero stars were an option.

Pam Peppers medicating knowledge saved my little girl. Brought the life back to my 16 year old. I will forever be thankful.
However I think on the therapy part they can definitely improve. Appointments 6/8 weeks apart. Last hour appointment only lasted 23 minutes for my 16 yr old.
