This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I stop getting my supplies from them MAY 2023. Last month I received a bill for $12.26
I sent a email telling them maybe they had me mixed up with someone else. So on MAY 8 2024 I sent them a ck for $12.26. I get an email from a collection company about $12.26. So login to my bank to see what was going on with the payment. Not only had they received the check they had cash it. Be very careful with this company. They received the check on the 12th an still sent it to a collection company.

I will no longer do business with this part of Deaconess. After leaving my number 4 times for a callback to be given pricing with my insurance, I NEVER RECEIVED THE CALL. Customer service, when I finally did get through, was HORRIBLE. This place is HORRIBLE.

The people I worked with for mask fittings did a good job. However, this place took me 10 phone calls over three days to get CPAP supplies. They have no way to let me get supplies with a credit card. One after another person give me different phone numbers to call. They are a mess. They are not knowledgeable and not well trained. They simply do not know how to do anything that is not simple routine. If you have an alternative source of supplies, use it. Amazon made it easy.

This place charges a facility fee on top of your regular bill that insurance doesn't necessarily cover. I recommend going somewhere else. Staff is not personable.
