Doctor insinuated this office is known to be difficult. They were. Stank attitude by the lady at the front. The other one wouldn't shut up about lunch. I come back from out of town AGAIN the next day because it takes that long I guess and didn't get everything I was supposed to. I'm over it NOT making another trip there or recommending them.

How do you not renew a contract for your lift chairs deaconess or who ever dropped the ball on this. Also customer service there sucks. Definitely would not recommend them or this location.

Went to pick up home medical equipment for husband in the nursing home. After waiting over an hour and a half was ask if husband was in nursing home and I said yes as it had not changed when I came in and told you that. They said they could not help me that it had to go through the nursing home. They should have told me that when I first got there instead of wasting my time for over an hour. Would not recommend this place.

I have so many issues with this place. They were supposed to call when my child’s medical equipment was ready (as my child has a chronic medical condition and needs to use this equipment at least twice daily). After a week went by without hearing from them, I went ahead and called. I had to leave a message, and they called me back some time later. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about whether or not they had the correct equipment, but eventually I was told they did have it in stock. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, I noticed the whole place smelled awful. I then proceeded to stand at the counter for several minutes waiting for help. An employee finally yelled at me to have a seat, as it would be a while before they waited on me. Twenty minutes later, I get told to put on a mask (though there were no posted signs indicating this was a necessity). I then explained what I was picking up. They brought out the wrong item. When I told them what I needed, they said they didn’t carry that particular item. Such a frustrating experience all around. I will not return to that location again.
