He always keeps me up to date with new products, top sellers and low inventory items. He ensures each week that my products arrive next day with updates on any issues. There have been a handful of times I was in a jam and needed a product right away, he always goes above and beyond to get it to me, even hand delivery. Fred is honest, empathetic and assertive.
