I have been a patient of Dr. Harbin's for for over 20+ years his is so wonderful and compassionate. I have never felt unsatisfied. My daughter used him until joining the Army, my grandson still uses him and I have several in-laws that use him. The pharmacy tech. where I get my meds filled also uses Dr. Harbin and she said she just loves him. I had an upper respiratory infection Dr. Harbin was out of town and Dr. Donham saw me. He was also was very professional and compassionate.
The office staff is also professional and courteous.

Dr. Harbin has been my doctor for over 15 years...since right after he opened his practice. He us a grrag doctor and a great person and had a wonderful caring family. The staff is always friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I do not have an issue with Dr. Donham. My issue is with billing. In February I was given my first shingles vaccine. The nurse had billing call my insurance company. Yes it was covered 100%. 6 months later I am charged 40$ for Administration of Medication. Are you kidding me? They said it would be taken care of. They said it had been entered in wrong. In October I received my flu shot a 30$ shot which is completely covered by insurance. I was charged once again 40$ for them to give me the shot! Are you kidding me. Today I was told that "Yes we do that for all shots" Not one word of this charge was mentioned to me at either office visit. I cannot get any answers from anyone at this office. FYI my husband was not charged to get the same shots. Everyone be careful and always look over your bills. Question if it does not sound right. You probably won't get any help but ask. Even Dr. Donham's nurse said to keep fighting it.

Dr. Harbin has been our family doctor for over 15 years and he goes above and beyond to care for me and my husband who has multiple critical health problems. We have also gone through many insurance providers during this time including adding Medicare, having Blue Cross and then United Health Care. We are so thankful to be his patients.

If I could give a zero I would. They are listed as accepting new patients with Blue Cross. I called them, was sent to a "screener". She took my information (I'm withholding her name to be nice), for payment. Then asked what we would be getting seen for, I asked if it mattered in being accepted. She said no, LIE. As soon as she heard I needed a referral to pain management for multiple diseases in my back, she said she'd call back. I never heard from her so I selected them as my pcp, as they were accepting new patients. I called to make my first appointment, which only the "screener" can do. I was then informed by the same person that they are full and not accepting new patients. I was referred to them by Blue Cross after a rep had spoken to them to make sure we could go there. Now once again on hold trying to find another dr that hopefully doesn't discriminate against people with real issues. NOT EVERYONE IS A DRUG ADDICT. If you call here, that's how you will be treated. I wanted to try physical therapy to see if it would help my condition, evidentally helping people isn't what they do.
