Let me tell you I came here in January, was measured for compression stockings, and told to wait for them to call. I call the 1st week of March and my order wasn't ready they told me to come in the next day. My prescription was for 3 pairs of compression stockings. When I came in they had 1 pair and said come back the next day for the other 2. My mom went the next day to get the other 2 pairs but was only given 1 pair. I finally tried on the compression stockings, and they are not the grade of compression that I require for my health condition! I don't even want the 3rd pair I never want to step foot inside this place again. The incompetent and disorganized!

I would rate zero stars if optional, very poor service! Does not correspond/ call back. When I do reach someone, they always ask to call back tomorrow…. My son’s supplies are never available and they claim that the items are on back order. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with their service.

Theses reviews can be deceiving, I didn't expect much base on reviews before going in to pick up a wheel chair for my grandmother. To my surprise, the staffs were extremely helpful and welcoming. I went in two separate occasions and everyone was polite both times, unlike what reviews stated on customer service. They were very patient taking their time to make sure my grandmother was fitted correctly into her new wheel chair, trying multiple chairs. Although the place is small, they seemed to have a good amount of inventory.

I wish I could give a zero. So rude. I asked if they could provide me with a CPAP machine. He said, "no", and it would be very expensive if they could. I told him they were in the 2023 Medicare handbook as a supplier. He answered with another rude comment. I just hung up. No sense talking to someone who doesn't know the first thing about customer service. I will call Medicare next to make sure they know this provider should be taken off the list for this equipment. Just an unbelievable response to a simple question.

Very nice and professional! Needed a nebulizer tube and I called, they had in in stock and I went up there to pick it up ! Very nice owner 🙂 I think the problem with a lot of the reviews is their insurance, not necessarily the store. Been here multiple time and always have what I need. I will actually be coming back today.

Dee's Medical is very unprofessional, thus company just call me to come get my equipment they have had since April. This is August when I go to pick it up I was told my insurance won't pay for it yet you call me after 4 months to come get it. I have never had a good experience with this company. I don't recommend them.to any one. The boss is Rude not to be trusted for real help with medical supply needs

It’s been some years sense I’ve been in this place of business, but having to go into this small building again it felt unorganized and not well kept for it to be a business for medical supplies and more! It as its potentials as well not noticeable if driving past it. They need a bigger ad sign either on the front lawn of the building or something. Other then my review about the place I believe you can find what you need there

This was the only place that answered my phone call. Then when I got there they were so helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and help me find the right size cpap mask. They were the best shop owners I have in a long time.
