Had a delightful cleaning experience at Definite Dental Solutions. I was greeted warmly by Diana and Yuri. Cindy, my hygienist, came out to get me. I received a very thorough cleaning. She was very informative about my dental health. She is very knowledgeable. I felt quite at ease in her care. Adam came in to take my x-rays. He was very personable and made the experience easy. My appointment ended with an exam by Dr. Thind. She was very engaging and thorough. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great office to seek out Definite Dental Solutions as their new Dental home.

I had previously thought this was a good practice. Do not go for anything more than cleaning. I got estimates for implants and bridge work over the last 2 years. Had to call office many, many times to get any answers. One manager was let go and finally got estimates for two choices. They got more from insurance than estimated by $2400 yet made me pay same out of pocket. I requested another estimate for full implants this past December. I had an estimate for this last year so confused about delay. I had to constantly follow up. Was told waiting for Aetna when I know the claims were processed. Denied but processed. When I asked for price I kept being told checking with surgeon. After three weeks I was told surgeon has been gone for 3 weeks. Got a call today and they said too complicated. Go to company like clear choice. I went last week to clear choice and they did full scan and estimate in 45 minutes. The Doctor gave me two choices and said using my existing implants made it easier for them to do. Do yourself a favor and check elsewhere to avoid the hassle. Could have been a month into the process by now but stupidly had loyalty to this office. Now I need a new dentist also.

Took me awhile to find a new dentist office after moving to Arlington Heights. Definite Dental Solution offer everything I was looking for. The staff and the doctor were super attentive, flexible and polite! I was offered a discount as I don’t have dental insurance. I only had to wait a few minute on each appointment and the doctor was super careful and thoughtful during procedures! She explained every step of the whole process! Definitely recommend this office!!!

I've been going here for about 13 years and felt it was time to write a review. This is a wonderful dental practice. Dr. Thind is very skilled, kind, and attentive to your comfort. Cindy, the hygienist, is the most thorough hygienist I've ever experienced and is also instructive and personable. You're in good hands with her! The rest of the staff is top notch -- Adam, a great dental assistant, and Susan, at the front desk is efficient and friendly. The office is state-of-the-art, spotless, and all safety protocols are followed meticulously. I highly recommend!

It is always easy to get an appointment. All of the staff from Dr Thind, Cindy, Adam, etc is so nice and welcoming. They make uncomfortable dental work more comfortable if that makes sense. It’s a great environment.

Dr. Thind and her group are amazing! They helped me achieve a long time wish for straight teeth with Invisalign. The staff was extremely welcoming, courteous and helpful! Dr. Thind’s knowledge, attention to detail and care were exceptional! I very highly recommended her and her group!
