I was very impressed by this place! The two women at the front desk made me feel so welcome and loved. The nurses are so sweet and knowledgeable. I got an IV and barely felt the stick. She was so good at her job. Dr Ashley Thomas listened to all my concerns and needs and I felt well taken care of! I will definitely be using this place again so thankful it’s in Rainsville.

I would rate them higher if I could. We can’t say enough nice things about this office, the staff and the care my husband received. They’re the perfect example of how ALL doctor’s offices should be. Thank you and may the Lord bless this office.

The wait times are almost none. Which is fantastic. The staff is sweet (until you come in with a bill and ask why, more on that later) and the building is clean. They took my copay in office and when I asked if that was it, they said yes.

Then I got a surprise bill. For an additional $116, on top of my $50 copay. Which they gracefully deducted from my office visit.

This bill wanted me to pay for the flu test 2x, under the same code, $16-20 per. They claim this is because they run for flu A and B, but as a lab tech, I know both of those tests are done on 1 cassette. Furthermore, as someone who works in a lab, those tests run about $11 each, at most $18. They come in a box of 25.

They claim that I got this surprise bill because my insurance deductible hasn't been met. They were very aggressive when explaining my bill to me, and spoke to me in a condescending way.

But my partner went in, without his insurance deductible being met, he only got a surprise bill for $10. Despite having his visit be nearly identical to mine.

If my understanding of medical billing and coding is correct, they should have only billed me once for the flu test, as you can use the same CPT code IF it's the same sample ran on two different tests. But there wasn't a modifier 59 or one of the XE, XU, XS, XP modifiers on my bill explaining why.

I highly recommend avoiding this place. WITH insurance it cost me $165, when I could have driven an hour plus to visit the urgent care I work at for just my copay. Even if I didn't have insurance, my clinic would have been able to provide every service I got here (3 tests, 2 shots) as well as blood work and xrays, as well as ANYTHING ELSE in house for only $175.

It looks pretty because their billing department is will make you pay more than you owe and won't bill your insurance the way they should. Please don't go here.

Wow, this place is absolutely beautiful ?
Now I know that is not something people care about when they are sick or hurting, but I just wanted to let whoever is responsible for the building’s design and dècor know I appreciate it!
As far as the staff goes, I’ve been twice in the past 3 days (workmans comp ‍♀️), and let me tell you-Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond BOTH times i was there!
She was compassionate, kind and VERY patient! ❤️ She didnt make me feel like I was interrupting her day or that I was an inconvenience to her…
unfortunately I can't say the same for her co-worker Candy/Kandy who was quite the opposite ?
I would have gladly given 5 stars but someone needs to work on her people skills.

Everyone was so kind and compassionate! Reception was extremely nice, and I felt heard today, which doesn't happen to me often in other practices. Pricing was also not as bad as expected for a Saturday in an urgent care. Wait time was much less than expected, too! Overall, very happy with today's visit!

So beyond grateful for this urgent care and all of their friendly staff. I was checked in and seen by Ashley very quickly. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and super clean! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need.

There’s no other clinic I would go too but here Friendly receptionist’s ? and staff the times I would go it’s not busy and always seen fast I would recommend to everyone !
