Very rude! The woman in the front desk is super rude!! I told her about her behavior,. Other patients told me how rude she has been in the past to them., they even told me she was racist! I don’t get it!!
A Big time Mexican, being racist to other people from México?
A told her she was horrible , rude and without any education. Exactly 5 hrs to see the Dr. In the mean time deal with front desk 🤮

This is the second time I've provided a ride to a patient to this facility. It appears they are paid by the hour, each visit has been 4 to 6 hours this is one of the worst services. We have been too many medical practitioners the emergency room at the hospital has a better quality of service and get patients in and out quicker. This ghetto facility should be shut down it's staff are just as ghetto as the building with a ghetto poverty level mentality.They care more about cleaning there cars in parking lot then getting down to business. Worst service ever.

Wasted my whole day here, due to the fact that they can’t inform you that they’re going to take all day to see you. Doesn’t matter the time of the appointment, I had an appointment at 9am didn’t leave until 7 hours later. If I would’ve known I would’ve packed a lunch before I came here. do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and I repeat STAY AWAY

Long wait, rude staff, and the doctor spends all his time talking on the phone as he is "talking" to you. This is very unprofessional. I go with an appointment but still have to wait 5+ hours just to talk to the doctor for 5-10 minutes. The waiting room is not even full for them to take that long to talk to a patient. Would not recommend.

I wouldn't give it any star they don't deserve it, the baddest service ever. Staff are so rude to their clients. Specially the front staff, and you have to wait more than 4 hours to be seen by doctor. I really do not recommend this facility.

I don't have any issues they are helping a lot of people the doctor help me a lot yes it's an old building would you Wana pay the prices to buy or rent a new place at prices today as long as you get the help you need
