If I could give them less than one star.... Please review not only mine but other reviews. The worst wait time, never respond to voicemail and very poor CS (unprofessional). Try Sullivans, Byrams, Charms or any other vendor. They all have typical issues but Delight is the worst!

Hi, I had surgery and received a recliner, my remote stopped working on the recliner. I called Delight Medical and yes I had to hold. I confess I hung up and called back, I was in pain. I had knee surgery I really needed the remote asap. Finally someone picked up the phone named Julio. He said, I’m sorry mam you have to wait, I will get back to you. I expressed myself, was not rude to them and waited. I waited one day for someone to come out and fix the remote. We are wanting things right now in this days. We need to learn that there are a lot of ppl now more than ever in this Town. Have faith and trust, I did. A worker came to my house with a smile on his face , pleasant man. He was social and fixed the recliner in a minute. I dnt know why so many negative reviews but mine is not that, so I’m not gonna post one star. Thank you Delight Medical I know you guys are very busy and I know I’m not the only client in need. I gave you the stars you deserved. AlbaM

Run ! dont walk away from this company !!!!
This company has to be one of the worst companies i have ever come across, from hanging up on you to looking at their caller ID and not answering phone calls.I absolutely hate to say this but this is why foreigners should not be allowed to open buisness here in the United states , they bring this broken 3rd world work ethic that works and applies in their countries and it doesnt work here !!!!! its absolutely deplorable !!!! Ive decided to report them to any and every agency that will listen , i want them shut down !!!!!

you will leave voicemails that never get returned; you will be put on hold for over 20 minutes. They lie. They say that they will automatically send out monthly supplies without reminder calls, and they don't. When you call to request refill of something they said they would automatically refill, they act like they never heard of you before. They have no clue as to which orders they have filled and when (or at least the person I spoke with did not know how to access the data). Their hold messages say a bunch of nonsense about how they respect their clients and value customer service and unfortunately you have to listen to this hold message while also being subjected to lack of customer care.

This company haa been habitually clueless about anything ordered through them, & completely unmotivated to do anything to fulfill orders, as they don't value business given to them whatsoever. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone, & if someone picks up, odds are low they'll even care about fulfilling an order. No matter how kind & considerate you are despite their gross incompetence, chances are they will be rude and even hang up on you, like they did to me.

I can't reccomend this company - except to strongly reccomend doing everything in your power avoid it. Normal med supply companies will only make your life easier, & you only need to talk to them to schedule the delivery of the equipment. And those deliveries come VERY soon after placing the order.

Delight Medicals somehow makes it seemingly impossible to get life saving equipment, and ridiculously stressful to even try. Don't believe them if they claim it takes months & months for your insurance to approve your items - in my experience this is a dangerous lie given how most equipment is essential to keep ppl alive & as healthy as possible. I'm amazed that they're in business given how horribly they routinely treat their customers.

Even more shocking is how they brazenly blast personal medical details of customers speaking the truth of their negative experiences with Delight Medicals. There's nothing remotely professional about the entire way this company conducts itself, as far as I can tell.

THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A JOKE. It is BEYOND me on how they are still open and haven't been shut down for bullshit practices. We have been waiting WEEKS for our UNDERAGE special needs daughters feeding tube formula, which she relies on to STAY ALIVE because they let the authorization expire WITHOUT contacting anyone and have yet to get the new paperwork over to the insurance company. I'm reporting them to the Attorney General and I am also contacting every news station in Massachusetts so they can be looked into. Just look at their reviews. They screw people over left and right and don't care.

They lost a baritric air mattress upon delivery. Company cannot get orders right and they're not accomodating upon insurance orders.
I will be contacting Tufts to report them, I can't believe an insurance company with a decent reputation does business with them.
They answered asking "who are you."

horribly rude personnel, unclean environment, terrible to elderly patrons, HIGHLY UNRECCOMMEND. The manager of the store took my credit card and charged me for a pair of $100 compression stockings for my elderly father, then told me they didn't have them and would mail them to me...when I asked for a refund to my card, the women told me I had to come back on Monday. When I again stated I wanted a refund now, can I talk to the manager, she told me "I'm the manager!" and ripped my credit card out of my hand and said "Fine!!". Worst customer service I've ever encountered. This place reeks of fraud. As a registered nurse, I am appalled this place would be allowed to be in business.
