Dr Eric Gee is my Bx Health Dr & Dr Casey Dallas is my Primary Dr with Denova and both are AMAZING! Not to mention Izzy, the lead MA at this location has been such a kind and compassionate gentleman to me throughout my time with Denova. Denova is the new Bayless, they have excellent customer service and they offer most appointments by Zoom so I've literally never even had to go into the office to see either of my doctors yet. They have a great portal for patient so in between visits I can reach out to my doctors and get messages to them to ask about changing medication dosages or ask questions and I always get prompt responses from their assistance. They are amazing about making sure to remind you of appointments by email and text message multiple times it's almost impossible to miss a visit. And the level of care I've received from both of my doctors and the other providers that I've seen through this practice has been beyond compare. I definitely recommend!

I absolutely love my therapist and have made such strides with my mental health in the past several months that I’ve been seeing her. I only have four stars because the admin side of Denova is a mess.

Billing is unorganized. There’s an option to make your copay when you’re logging into your session. If you use it, it’ll hit your card for the pre authorization but the actual charge doesn’t go through. I got a nastygram about unpaid bills and couldn’t understand why. They want you to use their online portal but the charges aren’t detailed out so it’s super hard to keep track of accounting. If you call in, they’re unhelpful and rude.

For scheduling, you get a text message about a week in advance that you have to respond to. You get a reminder a few days ahead of time and then a 24 hour reminder that you have to respond to. Now they’ve started a live call reminder as well which just seems like overkill. (There’s no way to opt out) if you don’t answer, they leave a message making it sound like it’s a critical matter.

My therapist is one of the greatest people I've had the pleasure to meet. She has helped me so much. Billing services are the worst at this company. I pay on time and they lose my payment and call me and threaten to send me to collections and then make me prove with screenshots from my HSA that I've paid. This is an ongoing issue that they cannot seem to resolve.

I will be having another meeting with him that I anticipate will provide me some means for personal growth and increased self understanding. I initially had concerns about having Zoom counseling rather than in person sessions but those concerns dissipated fairly rapidly thanks to this gentleman.

Stay away from Felicia Chavez! She is unprofessional and needs a psychiatrist herself. Dealing with individuals who may be homicidal, suicidal, or dealing with trauma there must be patience and care, she lacks both. This was my first experience with a psychiatrist and exactly why I stayed away from them because they can be more triggering than your trauma. Horrible! I will never use this service again. Who hangs up on someone because they are frustrated with the misinformation provided which will affect their employment causing more stress and trauma. Thankful for God and Jesus Christ, my sanity and life is in their hands.
