I have had a great experience at United dental. I got my cleaning and cavity filling done here and both the times, the doctor was very gentle, patient and did a fantastic job. I have high dental anxiety and doctors managed it really well.

My first visit was today after going to the same dentist for decades and Decades I was a little apprehensive. I liked everyone there very professional, understanding and more than capable. Made me feel comfortable right away. I need alot of work done and will be having it done here at UD. I think this will be the beginning of a beautiful relationship..I will keep you posted.

The care I received was great, and I was happy with the service itself. However, I was disappointed to find out afterward that the provider was actually out of network with my insurance, even though I was told they “take” my insurance. The distinction wasn’t made clear at the time, and unless you ask very specific questions, it’s easy to misunderstand. While I understand this might be technically accurate, it felt misleading and ended up costing me double out of pocket. They also took time to explain to me that my insurance plan had a low limit and that they had a payment plan option multiple times but didn’t mention how they were out of network. I understand it is a business, but as a patient the transparency would have gone miles and may even have persuaded me to pay the price. However, due to the lack of it I chose not to return. If they are in network with your plan, you’ll likely have a good experience — just be sure to confirm their network status clearly before your visit if you’re planning to use insurance.

Had such a great experience at United dental! I have been inconsistent with my dental care for the past 10 years but the whole staff eased my fears and I left the dentist feeling worry-free and supported. Jason the RDH taught me about proper flossing and brushing techniques and even helped me pick out products that will help me improve my dental health. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing Dental practice to get everything you need done when it comes to cleaning, extracting, fillings, etc.. Their entire staff is friendly and very professional. Special shoutout to Viri and Jeison the hygenist. They are awesome. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been 2x and it’s been quite pleasant both times. First was a general check up after 3 years and as I floss my teeth multiple times a day it went quite well. The Dr. did find that 2 of my fillings that were 15+years old did need to be replaced so in my second visit they replaced 2 fillings in less than 1 hr. I’m pretty darn happy so far… I hope to use them for all of my future dental appointments.

New patient experience was overall positive. Experienced hygienist with good tips and professional dentist. My cleaning was cut a bit short though from back to back patients so didn’t get my full polish. Hopefully a fluke.
