Very friendly office staff! Very helpful when you can get into the office! Getting anybody on the phone is virtually impossible. I have not yet been able to do it. If there is a trick to doing it, please let me know because I really really hate automated machines! So if I could talk to somebody, that would Be great without me having to come all the way over to Anna

The woman at the front desk was very polite and she helped me the best she could. Unfortunately I was right at the hairline of not being accepted for link card. I was also connected with another woman on the phone, and she was very polite and she also did her best to help me out. I would say when you come to talk to the people up at the front desk please treat them kindly. They're taking time out to help you in any way that they can.

The AI driving the phone is ridiculously frustrating. I couldn't even get through. I wouldn't touch any buttons and it would tell me my number was invalid. Or, you have exceeded the amount of attempts without touching anything but "1 for English."

Went to my yearly checkup for ebt. Expected everything to go normally. NO it did not. I did not receive my food stamps because I didn’t have info on a person who was married to my mother. Even though, I had been receiving benefits for a whole year and nothing changed with my case. Whoever interviewed me (she had short blonde hair) was VERY rude. Then the next day I came back to talk to her, SHE TOLD THE LADY IN THE OFFICE SHE WAS NOT COMING DOWNSTAIRS TO TALK TO ME. This place is supposed to help people and families. She refused to talk to me. VERY RUDE.

They told me the information I gave them was fine then benefits got cut because it wasn't now I have more hoops to jump through and paperwork to fill out that says right on it that I don't have to fill it out

Most of the staff is helpful & friendly, but they need to have someone man the phone as they NEVER answer the phone & they don't tell you that!! So you have to physically go to the office if you want to speak with someone or if you can wait a couple/few days you can leave a voice message.

This is the biggest mess I have ever seen! Your paperwork doesn't get entered and no one seems to know what's going on!!!!! Ladies at the front desk were nice, even they couldn't figure it out.

I have legit sat on hold for 3 hours just about every time I called. How do you expect somebody to get through if you never answer a phone?
