Extremely unprofessional and very lazy. They want you to do their jobs for them. I went months without my medicine because they refuse to call fill out & follow up with my insurance on a PA form. They don’t answer the phone. When my insurance tried to send them the form (after I called) their fax number was listed wrong. I’ve watch the front desk attendant scoff at a potential patient. Just all around Poor service.

I called to ask for the prescription for my eyeglasses and was told that I had to come in person for that information, I requested to confirm my identity with personal information then they told me they were closed and I needed to call back tomorrow. I called at 4:40pm, the center does not close until 5pm. I was also never called when my trial contacts came in or my glasses and could not get anyone on the phone so I just showed up. Turns out they had been there for weeks. Overall most of the staff is lazy and unprofessional with the exception of a few.

I was prescribed an incorrect medication that has no generic equivalent and costs $816. When I requested a more affordable, non-time-release version of the same medication (which costs only $16), Dr. Bouchette refused to rewrite the prescription. Instead, he suggested I purchase over-the-counter Aleve if I couldn’t afford the original prescription.

I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. The care I received did not reflect the professionalism or compassion one should expect from a medical provider. I cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Bouchette to anyone seeking attentive, quality care. Avoid this practice if you value your time and money.
