Called over the phone to see if they take walk ins . Of course it’s the call center, Lady says yes I can come for 11am but get there a few mins early for paperwork , I did that . Get there then get told because your a walk in we are about to go to lunch , and you have to come back after one pm and then it’s still isn’t a guarantee that you will be seen. So I talked to a doctor on the screen and he wasn’t polite . Went to get pregnancy test , no pregnancy test was preformed!!!! Because they was rushing to go to lunch. So now I’m going to store to buy a test. Moral of the story, customer service was terrible, There isn’t a complaint number or no one to talk to when you get this type of service, but there is a security guard who lives on his phone , and if you get loud or show any type of fustration or hostility he will be show to escort you out or call the police. And also u will have a change of going viral because they recorded you saying your a Karen. But if I am pregnant I will sue this company for full potential. ✌🏾

Optometry dept only. The doc and his staff are awesome. FIVE STAR!

HOWEVER, their front of house management/staff is questionable. TWO STARS. 1. No one answers the phone. I tried calling at different times of day for a month to make an appointment with no success. Just waited until my daughters’ appointment to make mine. 2. The ladies in the front office go to lunch from 12-1. Are they besties and can’t go to lunch by themselves? I got the text saying my daughter’s glasses were ready for pickup but I can’t get them between 12-1 because they have go to lunch. Seriously? The fact that they haven’t staggered lunch for their front of house staff is crazy to me.

I gave it 3/4 stars bc once I finally got called back the vibe was amazing the MA was professional sweet and very proficient..my immunizations barely hurt! Everyone back there was kind greeted me and did their job!!! But the problem is the front desk! I don’t think they actually like their job or care for people at all!! The lady was overly rude didn’t even let me get out why I was there before rudely hollering at me that my visit was going to be 95$ (which I knew and understood and was willing to pay whatever)…based on that initial interaction my view was very skewed and was a bit hesitant to even stay but I had already paid…thankfully the staff in the back were all beautiful and accommodating maybe if you guys got some new front of the house staff the reviews would be better

I have been waiting three in a half weeks for my dr to call me about my labs results. Which from my healow app, I can see my results, and need assistance. I've been calling amd going into the clinic every week since June 21. I kept/keep being told the same thing that the Dr or manager is going to call and put in a prescription. It never happened.
My results need to be handled and theres no way going on a month that I shouldn't have been contacted about this.

My complaint is for the pharmacy staff, they are rude people who treat Spanish speakers and Hispanics in general poorly, they are not efficient in solving problems and do not provide any solutions, just yesterday they sold me a medicine that I did not need and when I asked for a refund they did not give me my money back, I had to take home a medicine that I did not need, it seems unfair to me.

I have been a patient for a little over 2 years, and sadly I have had a very poor experience. Nearly every appointment I end up waiting over an hour in the waiting room, having to leave before even seeing a doctor. Each time, I have had to leave my room and ask the staff to see a doctor, making me think I would have been waiting much longer if I hadn’t. The staff is always so kind, but few can afford to make appointments that last over 3 hours during the work week.

My visit started out stressful because I was given the wrong appointment time when I scheduled to see Dr. C. Preyan; however, staff made sure the issue was resolved quickly and that I was able to see the doctor without having to leave and go back.
Dr. Preyan was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to. She didn’t rush through my appointment or make me feel like I was taking too much of her time.
I hope to continue with the same treatment I received because I will be going back.

I went to Daughter's of Charity and loved it. So i gave Depaul a shot. Started going to them last Oct. I liked them and then in January i got in infection in my gums. We did a root canal and antibiotics. The hole would not close up. It's now 4 months later and i just had another infection in the site last week and the hole is still here. They called me today telling me that my insurance isn't covering them, which was a bold face lie. I am supposed to have had an appointment tomorrow with them for my crown. They said that they could do my cavities but didn't say anything about my infection site at all. I will not be going back to them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone
