Been seeing a dermatologist a hr away, work in healthcare so I have known expectations but decided to go local to be closer. The Appt was 40 minutes in and out. Felt rushed. The NP did not give me a full body exam which is usual practice especially first visit. She relied on me to show her my concerns in the face and neck area, did find 3 spots to 'freeze' chest and nose. What about the rest of my body? The assistant told me skin tags were not usually covered by insurance but the NP said they were. The Appt scheduler wasn't friendly.
Overall, not confident in the service given and I'll drive the hour to my other dermatologist.

I would not suggest going here they do not know how to work with insurance or how to file a claim with the insurance company after saying they did you will Definitely be Billed for out of pocket charge regardless what insurance you have Be READY TO PAY AND AT AN OVER PRICE ! You can get the same service done at the most expensive office which is now this one for the price without insurance. Bad bad bad ! The kids In here will not know what there doing ! I for one do not want to be a practice patient or someone to be trained on. Go back to school and hire and insurance claim rep. Is the advice I’d give. How you managed to open up with out either is beyond me .

Had a wonderful first visit and experience. I had multiple questions. Ms. Amelia answered them all honestly as within the scope of her profession. The front desk, medical assistant, Ms. Amelia, and the check-out personnel were very polite and helpful. I was, however, present when some irritated calls and patients graced their presence. The problems they were agitated about were something that the doctor office simply could only refer them to contact their medicare or insurance about. They simply wouldn’t accept that as so and therefore argued and became very ugly with the staff. The staff was patient and kept their same tone while dealing with the irritated individuals. God bless public service individuals in all fields. I appreciate those that keep a professional attitude and go on with things after such an episode. It’s part of public relations unfortunately and is what makes a good office personnel, great!

Very friendly staff, easy with no paper work to fuss with. The CNP was smart and kind, with my 7 year old. It was the just a great experience all together. Surprised to see a review less than 5 stars here.

I was in your office today with my mom for her appt. We were there when the guy was having a fit. She was actually the person right behind him. Just wanted to say y’all handled that situation great. Y’all were not rude to him like he continually said. The lady at check in was doing her job by asking for payment. The way he replied without even skipping a beat was proof he knew what was due before he stepped foot in your office. And the way y’all continued to help patients check in by pulling them to other windows while he acted a fool at the check was A+ customer service. Just wanted to let you know how professional y’all were. And sorry that the guy did that.
