I attended this location for a doctor-prescribed x-ray at 8:15 on a Tuesday morning. The woman who helped me sign in at the front desk was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Even though they don’t take appointments, I was seen very quickly, probably less than 15 minutes between check-in and x-ray.

The x-ray technician was also very friendly and efficient.

All in all, a pleasant experience.

I went for an MRI yesterday at Desert Advanced Imaging in Palm Springs. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a couple of requests regarding my MRI and they listened and were able to accommodate me. Jose, who administered the MRI was wonderful. He listened to me and made me feel very comfortable as I was extremely nervous. He was very compassionate, and I appreciated it so much. This was the best experience I have had when getting an MRI and I will come back in the future if I need another one. I highly recommend this facility and Jose.

The staff was very nice and I didn’t wait too long To have my MRI test.
The only thing is that I had to walk from the dressing room to the MRI room and my foot was
Hurting. Maybe a wheelchair would be nice

The staff there were friendly but the process is very slow. I’m not sure why you’re asked to fill info out on your phone days before only to have to do it all over again in person when I don’t have all the info I had at home, very stupid. That’s a stupid manager policy issue. There needs to be a different method for an MRI of the elbow/arm, such as a method better to keep the patient from moving their arm and hands like an inflatable cuff and something that isolated the hand, what’s NOT normal or comfortable is keeping your hand open and flat, better yet something that allows you to have a natural curve to the hand. Also why is there not an MRI designed specifically for appendages like just legs and arms? Wouldn’t have to be shoved into a small space to fit for such a small portion of your body, I can see where people get a phobia about being head first. Come up with better tech! And it shouldn’t take for ever. Almost 2 hours for a 30 min process, ridiculous .

Awesome place if you need imaging!
The lady at the front desk checking me in was absolutely ! She said they only had about another 10 minutes of availability, but she pushed me through real quick, very friendly and courteous as well! I’m not sure what her name was but she had red hair! I was called in within five minutes had my x-ray and was in and out of there within a total of 15 minutes amazing!😃

Desert Advanced Imaging was fantastic. I received a pre-registration email and text so that everything went smoothly with my appointment. I was checked in at the front desk in a matter of minutes, and called back in 5 minutes for the imaging. Very efficient service and I highly recommend this office.

Horrible experience with a lady at the desk who checked me in, her name is Yolanda, she was very unprofessional, she yelled at me for arriving 10 minutes late and was really not late for my appointment because it was at 3pm but was told to arrive 20 minutes earlier to check in. She is elder abusing the patients and made me feel like I don’t know or understand English, she needs to be let go. Everyone else was nice except for her.
