There's a reason for all of these recent bad reviews! Absolutely unhelpful. I scheduled my appointment and it wasn't until I showed up that they informed me that my insurance was discontinued and I wouldn't be able to be seen unless I paid $100 right then and there. Not even one call or email about these changes, otherwise I would have brought what was needed in order to be seen. I scheduled this appointment days in advance, so they definitely could have said something at some point, absolute waste of time.

I've been extremely sick and am pregnant. I went to the ER bc no one has called me back for two weeks. I need a stool kit and they are the only ones that I can get it from. I keep calling and getting transferred around and then put on hold and the call disconnects! I've been a patient here for 13 years. Someone needs to call me now!

Patient for 12yrs for them to drop me the nurse gave 1 reason so I called and office manager said another and I never had issues well besides Margaret kept telling me stay in bed for over a year and said I had valley fever and sent me to a pulmonary dr who said after my 3rd visit IT'S NOT VALLEY FEVER FO TO X HOSPITAL ASAP ILL CALL IN 4 U. I have multiple fractures and herniated disks and ruined me. She also knew I had white stuff in ny mouth told her it won't go away and my teeth are decaying. Never had an issue with dental now have constant infections abcesses and no teeth really and not enough to fix it and its affected my life. Then when I complained she disappeared never seen her again and I didn't go after for medical malpractice because I found a new dr Kennedy and he was amazing and said see u next apt a nurse walked in saying I can no longer be seen there. Now they're gonna have to fix all they did wrong I let it go 4 Kennedy and caren being good drs including holes now no more because they cant even tell me why I was kicked out but just assumed whatever they wanted. I have 7 family members and 12 friends there and multiple coworkers who are all still see
BE CAREFUL WITH THEM THEY'LL DROP U FASTER THEN A BUG!

Dr. Kennedy is a great doctorAnd he has helped me more than any other doctor I have had. I thank him for his service. I didn't get to see him this month because they stopped taking my insurance So after changing my insurance plan I hope to see him next month.I will be so relieved to be back in his office. UPDATE: things are still going great if not better. I wish Dr Kennedy could be my doctor forever lol. He has really helped to make my quality of life much better. He listens to everything I say and answers all questions I have thoroughly. He is a prime example of how every "doctor" should be. In fact I've had a few doctors in the past that could definitely learn a thing or two from Dr kennedy. I love how he doesn't act like a "doctor" instead he is very down-to-earth and has no ego. He makes you feel very at ease. I would recommend Dr Kennedy 100% to everyone if you're not getting help from your current doctor then you need to see Dr Ethan Kennedy best doctor ever ?

The staff is GREAT. However, this place has repeatedly failed me as a patient, as a dr or a business that handles people’s medical records or medical issues in general, I would assume to have some compassion for those who are genuinely worried about themselves. “A medical assistant should be calling you after this call” I never got that call, I called there and I’m waiting for my turn, I get hung up on and this has happened more than once. I absolutely despise coming to this location. Any other doctors office I have been to is prompt to get their appointments, information and patients organized.

I have been a patient for two, going on three years. When selecting my insurance plan the past two years I have verified that Dr. Kennedy is in-network. I do this because Dr. Kennedy & his staff are excellent! They are extremely helpful and courteous. They truly want their patients healthy and happy.

The staff is awesome and the service is excellent, great providers, they really listen to his patients. Awesome place.
