The folks at the clinic were wonderful.
However, the answering service gave me the most STUPID response I have ever heard from a service that is hired to answer telephones in a way, that would justify the expense.

All the staff were super nice with me and my wife. I don't have insurance, but it was not a problem. They treated me with care and I was in and out in 1 hour.

Not sure why everyone is hating on this place. Doctor was great and I was in and out in less than an hour. However; I did hear a patient being extremely rude and condescending to the staff! It was so bad I thought she was joking 🙃 but she was just mean 😭

Don't go here if you need help with a mental health issue. After my son waited over one hour to see a doctor to obtain an emergency prescription refill while on vacation, despite having a printout of his medication history, the doctor immediately told my son he wouldn't authorize a refill as a matter of principle. This is coming from a clinic that publicizes working with patients having behavior health issues.

Will refuse you care if you have the wrong insurance and want to SELF PAY. Seriously, I wanted to pay cash and they refused to care for me bc I was stable and sent me somewhere else, just bc they don't work with my insurance companies PPO and then refused to give me that policy in writing. Could I have called and canceled my insurance and then self pay?! Absolutely insanity.

I think the staff is very nice and professional!!!! Dr Faux is very professional and knowledgeable. In fact I have full confidence in him and trust him over my primary! He calls and checks on you at home and is very efficient. Makes you feel like he really cares what’s happening to you!!! Thank You to all at this Urgent care 🦋 Nancy Sullivan

I brought my 90 yr old mother here bc she has a large lump in her groin. we've been waiting since 9:58am to see the doctor. I asked for wifi connection and reception says they don't know the password. after 1 hour they told everyone in waiting room they had to wait outside bc there weren't enough chairs for patients. I went outside in 100 degree heat to wait. As the waiting room emptied I went back in, fully masked, to sit by my mom. receptionist told me I had to leave. there were several empty seats and I wasn't even using one. I went out to my car so I could stay cool with AC running. I finally went back into the reception area. it's ridiculous to expect people to sit in 100 degree heat when there is space in the waiting room.
now we are in the clinic...it's been 3.5 hours since we first signed in. we've been inside the clinic waiting at least another 45 minutes and no one has even checked on us. I can hear lots of people chatting with each other that appear to work here. yet no one is talking to us. not impressed with the service here.

I will add that Dr Faux was great once once we finally saw him. He ordered a CT scan for following day. scan was at 9 or 10qlam. he called us by 1:30 pm to go over results and to give us further directions. the nurses in the clinic were helpful too. It's really the waiting room and attitude towards caregivers. stuff happens, like emergencies that make for longer wait times but help us out while we wait. I upgraded to 3 stars for med svc provided by medical staff.
