zero stars ! Desert Oasis Health run by Dr.Anderson has bad service. Used to have very good patient care when Job Lopez was there. But now that Lopez no longer works for Desert Oasis, the clinic has gone down the drain when it comes to patient care. Can’t even get a simple prescription for Freestyle Libre Sensor ! Even when asking for it and calling front desk to let them know to put it as Reason for Consultation; doesn’t bother to prescribe one. Even after calling again , still doesn’t.
They don‘t even give you information in regards to where one can find Job Lopez . Even when you have been his patient for the past 5+ years

i moved to Palm Springs month ago and have no idea where to go when I got sick , And glad I choose this place , I try to not pay attention to some negative reviews because I know it’s all depends on the person and how he view things in general ,,,, for me I have great experience there the front desk was nice fell out the forms that’s needed then 30 minutes I was in room waiting the Dr , Dr was fast got me some quick test , I have strip throat Dr send me some antibiotics to my pharmacy and gave me paper for work .The process take about an hour or so . I will be back for sure if I needed to and highly recommend place .

I am Staff, and I I know we treat our members with dignity and respect. I al also a member/patient. I was at Immediate Care, saw Dr Heather Jones, and virtual visit with Dr Lloyd. Finally saw my Neurologist Dr I Sebti. As a patient, I've have the BEST experience. I am very FORTUNATE to be a Staff of this organization.

I have been here twice now due to a back injury & I love this place. They will always have appointments at any time of day. You’re in and out within the hour. Front desk ladies are friendly and welcoming. The nurses/doctors are amazing. 10/10 care. I wish they could be my pcp.

I went in yesterday with hip problems. I only waited a few minutes and a nurse ( thought he was a linebacker) assisted with vitals etc. Very helpful and professional. Saw the doctor within a few minutes explained my concerns. Followed up with xray and with some prescriptions and his followup I was out of there in what I thought was a short period of time. The entire staff from front desk throughout were great and very helpful.

The best overall health care system and staff in my 70 years. Follow up calls, texts, letters are above and beyond. Both nurses and doctors actually listen to patients. The campus is beautiful and being on the smaller side compared to the two major hospitals, care is more personal.
