I know a lot of people don’t like this office but I on the other hand Love it.
Yes you see about 3-4 different doctors but it’s just to be able to know all of them because you don’t know who will be on call when you go into labor.
The staff is really nice. Dr.Clayton has to be my favorite. He’s very informative and kind. Also the prenatal counselor Caroline that I was assigned is AMAZING!
This is my first child and I couldn’t be happier.
The only down side if I had to list one is that Dr.Nahkla is really rude and doesn’t really talk to or inform you unless you talk to her first. Which is sad because she’s the only female DR in the facility.

I've had my due date changed 3 times and inaccurate ultrasounds. I'm due 5 days before my scheduled csection. I always wait 1.5 hours before being seen for 5 minutes. Dr naklah is rude and doesn't take the time to be informative. This is my 3rd child and I'm so disappointed in the office I choose. Never again!! Oh and there's 3 different doctors so you never feel quite comfortable cause you don't know which doctor your getting

Dr Clayton(or something similar) tried telling us we were 2 weeks along and had just gotten pregnant. We have had two appointments and they have only done measurements. No ultrasound or anything. Waited for two hours after the scheduled appointment time.

I was confirmed pregnant a week ago with high hCG levels and the measurements said I was 12 weeks along. He did a ā€œfakeā€ ultrasound and questioned me being pregnant and then told me I’m only about 2 weeks but couldn’t give me an actual ultrasound until they had an ultrasound tech available. My appointment took 5 minutes.

I’m finding a new doctor, they were incompetent I’m their jobs and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The visits are just very in and out and they don't seem to tell you much unless you ask a question. Guess they gotta get their money. But I was told at my last visit I'm measuring to big and the lady wouldn't even explain to me what some of the complications could be if there's to much fluid which is what they kinda suspect so instead of getting an urgent referral to get an ultrasound sooner I have to wait 1-2 weeks for the authorization to get the ultrasound to see if anything could really be wrong.i know for a fact though working with IEHP which is what I have right now if they were as concerned as they should of been an urgent referral only takes 24-72 hours to get approved. Luckily I'm a nurse myself and I know how to research what possible complications there could be. But I wish they cared more about the patients they are seeing then trying to meet a quota for the day. I'm really considering switching to a diff OB here pretty quick. I would not recommend

Waited a almost 2 weeks to get a referral authorized for an ultrasound just to find out the lady in the referral dept NEVER sent !! Now i have to wait another 10+ days to be seen for my first ultrasound. The ladies at the front desks are rude as well.the only thing good about that place is my ob doc.

This is the WORST place to go for any women. This clinic does NOT make your pregnancy any easier. The staff is rude, highly unprofessional, and disrespectful. The dr is rough and inconsiderate. Asking to change doctors is not an option according to staff. For your health and peace of mind, do not come to this clinic.

I came here during my second pregnancy. Was terribly mistreated by my former provider. I was accepted at this office pretty late into my pregnancy. They are so so sweet, caring and informative. From Dr. Clayton to Dr. Nakhla (she was my favorite), to Dr. Shwank. They tagged teamed so well. Now it is only Dr. Shwank and the N.P.'s (they're so awesome too). I still feel very taken cared of. The staff works so well together and are quick to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Place was clean, but the desk staff has been pretty darn rude, as though you're bothering them by calling. I'm expecting basic medical services here, and asking basic questions, and not feeling very confident about the results I will get out of this place. They have a great lab person. But theres just one person. And if shes not there, you're not finding out about any of your lab results. And why create a borrego health portal if the healthcare provider wont use it to post your lab results
