Fellas the pull out beds are top notch, this is our 2nd baby and our first one was in Whittier, CA at the big PIH. Dessert valley hospital was paradise compared to the PIH. The room had restroom with shower, TV, rocking chair that really came in handy when our baby was born and the staff were all help full. We met morning shift, day shift and night shift they all treated my wife and baby with respect and professionalism.

I had to stay in this hospital for 7 days last week due to illness, and everyone was so nice specially the lady that takes X-rays she was very kind and loving, thank you to all my nurses that were great specially Aira and Brenda and one other one but I can’t remember her name but you all were awesome. The only reason why I didn’t put a 5 star was because of the cleaning staff they only clean my room and restroom only 3 times and they hardly went to pick up trash the days I was there so need to work on that but other than that I had a good experience

This hospital lacks resources. The organization of its operating system is very poor. Very understaffed. This hospital needs too be rebuilt. The high desert has gained a significant amount of people in the last 5 years. To have such a small hospital is ridiculous. Waiting in the ER 6-8 hours is mind blowing. Mixing people who need to be isolated with those that don't need to be is very unsafe and unhealthy. I will never return to this hospital again. The only positive experience i received were the nurses. They are great. Very attentive and understanding. They do all the work that the doctors need to be doing. I felt cared for by the nurses while the doctors just talked to you for 2 minutes. They are not hands on at all. The worst experience I ever endured in a hospital.

After arriving at the ER check in was great, once we got a room we were than placed in the aisle way on the second day after we got admitted on 1/5/25 still in the aisle waiting for a room then moved to stall 15, within one hour around 21:00 pm (9:00 pm) move to room 250 other than that operation was the next day at 13:00. The staff for room 250-A was noteworthy in taking care of my wife needs we both are very grateful and very thankful

Very good hospital. The nurses in the ICU are very caring and compassionate. They provided comfort in a very critical situation. I couldn't have asked for a better team of nurses and doctors.

I’m from New York and this was my first time visiting this hospital. I had severe eye pain with nausea and dizziness from hitting my head on the freezer door as I was exiting the refrigerator, turns out I had a concussion. I have been to several ERs in New York, New Jersey and Puerto Rico and in all my life I’ve never had the quick response and care that I did today. Your staff is so professional, caring and just outstanding. Best ER visit ever, not that I want to go back but if I had to I would know that I’d be in the best care! Thank you for all you do and doing it to perfection. God bless you all.
