I have been using the vibration machine at Design Your Wellness now for over 6 months. My goal each week is to use it 3 times. It helps my mood improve and I feel stronger and toner. I missed about 2 weeks because I was out of town. I noticed even though I kept up my walking I missed the positive effects the machine gave me. I have been using the Vibration Machine at Design your Wellness Center for the last 6 months. I had no expectation at first, since I had never heard about it, but surprisingly it has helped me with the swelling on my feet. After the first month I saw a big improvement and my feet are not swollen as before. On top of that Ioana Grigore who is the owner of the center is one of the sweetest people I have met before, she always has a big smile on her face and makes you feel welcome. One of the most wonderful experiences. At first, the vibration machines made me laugh a bit, because it was so different from anything I had experienced. The vibrations, with varying positions through out the 30-minute session greatly improve my mood, posture, fitness level and overall perspective.

In addition to the vibration machine, I enjoy (when time permits) the amethyst heating therapy in the lounge chair. A lovely way to heal the body from outside to within while indulging in some relaxation. The Himalayan salt block lined window provides comfort and healing warmth.

The best part of the experience is Iona, the owner. She is one of the most caring, genuine and kind individuals I have met. It was due to her personality and kindness that I initially tried the vibration machine, but ultimately I continue to be drawn to the overall experience. Highly recommend you try it

This review has two parts: First, the whole body vibration (WBV). I saw Ioana, the owner, at an event where she was demoing a Noblerex WBV machine. I tried it and was really impressed. I promptly signed up for ten sessions, and was so impressed I bought a machine! The gains were amazing - after 5 sessions I noticed my wrists were more flexible, and after 10 sessions I could tell my core strength was improving. I've been working out on my own machine and my core strength is very much improved, I've gained muscles in area that I usually only see from bicycling, and I have a defined waistline now for the first time in, well, ages. All from just 10 minutes a day.

The second part of this is about Ioana, who is a very versatile coach in both nutrition and on the WBV machine. As an architect by training, she has a wonderful way of observing what it happening on the WBV machine and suggesting improvements. She is also representing the Genewize foru genetically targeted nutrition (from an DNA test), and I now have hope that I can provide my body with a custom nutrition that is right for me, rather than the shotgun approach of just taking lots of supplements and hoping I get the right ones. After several months of taking the Foru gene-tailored supplements, my vision has improved and my beard has darkened. Ioana is a great tribute to her own nutrition and the 10 minutes on the WBV machine. I recommend Ioana and Design Your Wellness Now very highly. I have no connection with Ioana other than being a very satisfied customer.
