Service is great, prices are fantastic, BRING CASH. Would be 5 stars but they don't tell you that they're gonna round up your transaction to the nearest 5 and give you the rest back as change AND their card machine charges you like an ATM so you pay a $3 fee on top of that, so overall I paid $26 for a vape advertised at $19.

If they were more clear that I was gonna pay $7 more to use my debit card I wouldn't have done it since it over-drafted my account.

I have been to many shops across the US and I have to say this is my favorite one. Not only are the budtenders knowledgeable about their products, but they really work with you to find affordable and good quality stuff. (All their stuff is good!) This year was a hard one for me. I came in one day after some tragic news....and just having someone understand without going into much detail helped me feel better. I will never forget that. Thank you. Your shop gives mom and pop vibes but cooler. LoL

Convenient, great operating and happy hours.
Staff is great and appear to like working there given the attrition/ turnover is low ( it’s always nice to see the same budtenders/budristas even if time has passed between visits). Nice touch on the upgrades to the point of sale registers showcasing the prices of your purchased goodies. Do you have a method for regulars to see their own purchase history over time ?

Absolutely LOVE THE STAFF & THEIR PERSONALITIES!! Everytime I go in I get the friendliest service! The staff is always answering my questions even the hard ones! So My cart for My pen wasn't working and I came to try and exchange it for a new one. I told the guy that I tried it on 3 different batteries so he took my pen to "test it".He walked away from the front and I'm guessing went out back . He came back in and said he tested it and everything is all fine. So he couldn't exchange it. I left and Everyone I mentioned this story to said that y'all aren't allowed to actually take a hit off our carts because of saliva and he should've just exchanged it.
It's not like I wanted a refund, I just wanted to exchange the cart. He tried to blame my battery but all the batteries I bought are from this store so ......
