The service here is amazing; the best shoutout I can give is to an amazing person named Kaitlyn. She went the extra mile to thoroughly make sure my Dad had all his surgery appointments in fine order, including referrals, reports, and all the back and forth with insurance and other doctors. Everyone, including the doctors, here is amazing.

My appt is 11:30 I was there at 11:10. they ask me to be there 15 minutes before my appt. So I did what they ask for it. Late on The receptionist come out said I need to wait extra 10 minutes from my appt. I said ok. Then I waited until 12:30, still waiting this is not ACCEPTABLE! Please explain to me what's point to make appointment? People's time is money too. This is ridiculous! If you don't want to waste your time don't come here!! Worst place ever! If I can give no star I would do that! !

i agree the service is slow and I was the only patient? The 3-5 business days for x-ray results was also a bummer. I was told the tech was out to lunch luckily, I got there near the end of the lunch. The tech is a really nice guy, good at what he does and explained what he was doing . He and the other male front desk person are great and the sole reason I gave 3 stars as opposed to 1 or a 2.

Business hours are stated as M-F 9-5. Went around 11:10 and stood in line for 20 mins for an xray. Got to the front desk and told they are booked for xrays for the day. Theres a sign at the front desk that says xrays from 11-12. I'm told I cannot schedule an appointment and would just have to try again tomorrow. On my way out another lady told me she had tried the day before to get an xray and was turned away as well. If you're booked post it someplace clearly and don't waste everyone's times.

the worst medical diagnostic center i ever ran into. very bad management, they got no staffs and the few there are very bad trainned. i went there 3 times to just to get an X-Ray exam, nobody knows the exact schedule of the X-Ray Technician, the tech is like some sort of freelancer, he goes in to work at will and leave any time he wants, front desk staffs are clueless and just give you some random out of no where available date and time the tech will be there, whihc will waste you at least 3 trips to the center to find out catching the X-Ray Tech is like hitting a lottery. save yourself the hasselles and find some where else for the exam, unless u enjoing playing the hide and seek game.

The mammogram specialist need to be more sensitive. I did this procedure before and this is the worst . This is a very uncomfortable and pain test . I did it 3 times before and the specialist were very sensitive to the patient. This place is Not recomendable , do this procedure in a different place.

There are many negative comments in google reviews. I think it depends on who you meet. I just spoke to Ms.Chang. She patiently guided me on how to prepare for my exam. Her answer is very detailed!

It was a Horrible experience ever , They Don’t have manners, There’s a Lady (Brenda) that answer the phone she Really Rude. They will make you wait more that 45 min for a test .
