Worst Customer Service and Repair Experience Ever!

I can't express enough how frustrated I am with Diamond Diagnostics. We had an AU680 down for repair and contacted them at the start of February, making the full payment on 02/07 as requested. It's now 02/21, and we're still waiting for an update on when the engineer will even show up. No communication, no updates, no sense of urgency. This is completely unacceptable.

When we initially reached out, everything seemed fine, and we were told the repair would be handled promptly. However, it's been nearly three weeks with no progress. I’ve tried to follow up multiple times, only to be met with silence or vague responses. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers or take repair services seriously.

In a time-sensitive environment, this kind of negligence can’t be ignored. They took our payment right away, but now that they’ve got it, they’ve completely dropped the ball. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for repair services because Diamond Diagnostics is a waste of time, money, and trust.
