Dr. Nguyen in the dental clinic is an absolute lifesaver. I greatly appreciate the gentle care he’s been providing me with several fillings I’ve needed. The numbing process is very touchy with my body, and he’s been great with making sure I’m comfortable during the procedures. Thank you so much for what you do FHC!!

Really enjoyed going in for first time appointments. Took my children. I little long wait but I had a lot of paper work to fill out. Other than that the provider was great. She really listened to my questions and referred me to who I need to see. Not to many people. It’s a clean facility. And they are still requiring masks.

This is the most unprofessional health clinic I have ever been in. I waited on appointment for 20min. I go to the front desk they said I think the Dr is running behind. 45 min go by. Instead of someone getting out their chair to find out what was going on with me at the nurses station. They just keep looking at me as if they were waiting for me to get upset. I sat there and made another appointment with another clinic and told them just cancel my appointment. They were shocked.everyone who checked in got seem immediately. Except for me. Even if I did get called and didn't hear it. Don't you check back in a few min. Never again. Ghetto place. Poor customer service with a smile.

I would not recommend this clinic after the worst experience twice. Some of the staff are very unprofessional. First time last year, I went because I had stitches in my hand & needed to follow up with a doctor for the stitch removal. I went to about 4 appointments, and they’d only say I have to wait to remove the stitches. They’d keep saying “it looks good”, and “everything is fine” until my hand started leaking pus. The stitches started to sink within my hand, resulting in a terrible fever. Finally, after the fourth time a doctor that was more knowledgeable attended me & told me I have to go to emergency urgently. When I went to emergency, they told me the stitches had to be removed within 2 weeks. The Doctor in the Sharp hospital asked me why I waited so much to get them removed, and I explained to them the whole situation.
And Today I went in to this clinic again, because I have had eczema in my skin for many years. I when I finished my registration the register in front she told me that I need to wait outside the clinic because my “rash” could be contagious and they need to follow the protocol. I understand that part, but I didn’t understand why I have to wait outside when I only have an eczema, caused for the seasons, food, or just my skin condition which I have for so many years. I work with kids and I'm always around people and they've never been infected for anything.. I explained my situation, that it’s just eczema & not a rash or anything contagious, the register person insisted that I had to wait outside. I felt discriminated. That made me feel so bad. And I went home. Don’t come back again to diamond clinic.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of service at this clinic. The receptionist who checked me in was chewing gum, the whole time she was talking to me. In my experience, this would warrant a warning from the supervisor/manager or even termination in some places. If you need to see a rheumatologist, you're much better off getting an outside referral, than coming here. The rheumatologist who I met with, Dr. Sheena Ogando, appeared bored, disinterested and dismissive in what I had to say, when describing my symptoms. Prescribed me medication for a diagnosis, that had nothing to do with my symptoms. I felt she was in a rush to get the appointment over with. Needless to say, this was a complete a waste of an appointment, after waiting almost two months.

Dr. Valenzuela's behavior during my appointment was beyond unprofessional. She laughed in my face when I shared my health concerns, displayed a lack of honesty about returning to the room, and was incredibly rude and dismissive. As a patient advocate, she failed miserably. Dr. Valenzuela's unprofessionalism reached another level when she audibly expressed exasperation upon leaving the room for the second time. No patient should ever feel like a burden, yet her behavior conveyed just that.

Furthermore, the extensive wait times—30 minutes past the scheduled appointment and an additional 15 minutes after she left the room before I could receive my flu shot—further exacerbated the unprofessional nature of the visit.

I showed up on time with severe tooth pain waiting for over an hour for Dr. Sarah Koyama, young and inexperience doctor, she came back to tell me I have to wait at least another half an hour, I had to walk away with lots of pain!!! Oh I am sure a lots of patiences are going through the same experience as I had.
