I’ve had good experiences in the past but this was by far the worst ER visit I’ve had anywhere. As someone with consistent health issues, it’s frustrating to feel like I’m not being taken seriously and that exactly how Dr Minhas made me feel. The nurse and front desk person were super nice. Minhas was condescending, contradicting to what the previous doctors had told me, and reluctant to help me in any way. I understand not thinking if something is best, but if I have expressed wanting it regardless and that I multiple doctors and nurses in my life have expressed they think it’s better too- maybe listen to your patient for once.

I brought my daughter to this urgent care cause it was close to her job and she was in a lot of stomach pain. I've read the reviews but can't say my experience was anything but great. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly, helpful, professional and helped with all our questions and concerns! It wasn't busy at all, they got us in the back fast and got right to testing her from the pain she was in... I hate to see any of my children in pain, crying and I can't do anything to help, it's just not how my motherly instincts goes. No matter how old they might be, I just can't handle it!!! I guess that's why my children will never cut the umbilical cord. LMAO I'm cool with it cause I had them from a reason and always want them around me, plus I always want to be involved with every aspect of theirs and my beautiful and handsome grandchildren life!!! I would recommend this ER clinic to anyone needing medical care. Great staff, Doctors and nurses!!! Even though at the end, it was taking them a long time to get a cat scan results, which I'm pretty sure was only one other patient here! I still give them a great review.... Plus great front desk help and service!!!! Thank you for the help you have us!!!

Made me feel like my issues were invalid. Misdiagnosed me. Prescribed me medication I didn't need. Didn't thoroughly examine me. I ended up worse off and in the hospital for 6 days. Even the EMTs treated me with more respect, compassion, and had a better idea of what was wrong with me. Waste of money and time, luckily not more.

First time, my severe hamstring tear was misdiagnosed as a normal hamstring strain; ended up going somewhere else and needed surgery a few days after. Second time, (should have never been there again) my wife and I were admitted and immediately dismissed after she had had diarrhea for 3 days and I had had it for 2 days; not even a single lab test to figure out what was causing it. Avoid this place, there are plenty more options.

Dr Flores and Nurse Michael were so good to to me and my 8 year old son who was the sickest he has ever been. He has the worse strep throat with bronchitis and stomach flu w acute vomiting. They were so fast. In and out within an hr. And that's actually only because the tests took 30 mins or I would have been done way sooner. It's the best staff ever. Amd front desk girl is an angel and so kind.

Went in for what ended being a panic attack, but it’s been years since I’ve had one and thought I was having a heart attack. Those of you who know what that feels like. The front desk guy was dismissive, the doctor seemed super annoyed and ordered an EKG and never came back in the room to explain. The nurse was very sweet. The whole experience was embarrassing to begin with and felt even more shamed when taking with the staff. Won’t be going back.

This was the most humiliating experience of my life. First let me say the woman at the front desk was amazing. My hands were extremely swollen and painful and she helped me fill out the paperwork and was very kind and compassionate and she apologized for the way I was treated or not treated. On top of my hands being swollen I was sweating and becoming nauseous from the pain I was experiencing. I'm taken back and triaged by a CNA/PCT who does my vitals. (Unusual as this is normally done by an RN) they read normal except for my heart rate, which is bouncing pretty high despite checking it for over a min. I explain to him why my hands are swollen and painful and then I've had a headache for 2 days and I'm concerned about it going on for so long while getting worse. He takes my information (slightly dismissive) and leaves. After about 15 minutes Jay Ford NP comes in. He asked me to repeat what I told the CNA and what medication I'm on. Then he asks what I want him to do and what is it that I USUALLY do in this situation. I told him I haven't been in this much pain since before I was diagnosed So there is no usually, and when he persisted asking the question again and again I said I don't know I'm not the provider that's why I'm here. I'm in a lot of pain and the medication I'm on isn't helping, and my headache has persisted for over 2 days. I do have an upcoming CT scan but I'm worried because it seems to be getting worse. This guy didn't examine me, my hands out even listen to my lungs, heart or even get up off his stool to inspect me at all(required for any visit). He looks me square in the face and says there's nothing I can do for you. You're already on medication, you don't take x medication so there's no thing I can do for you. I could tell there is no point in arguing with someone who has their mind made up about you. So I said okay. "He then says what do you want me to do?" again. I say I don't know you're the provider, I'm just in terrible pain and I need it to stop, but if you're saying you can't do anything for me then I'll leave. He handed me a tissue and said okay thank you and left. He didn't physically examine me, I didn't even order any blood work, do a CT of my head, or offer anything. Not a toradol shot (non narcotic). He didn't even say he would send someone in with discharge paperwork. And I'm sure he wrote in my chart that I was hostile or something crazy. Often with My condition you can't see what's going on in my body. But today you could SEE it and I was treated like a drug seeker. I was not out of meds. I just did not want to overtake my medication while it's having no effect that is extremely dangerous so I sought medical intervention and help. I've been to this place two or three times in the last 7 years and every time I'm treated like this. I was in my pajamas when this started and couldn't just throw anything on because I did not want to be mistreated so I got dressed and showered before I even left my home for fear of being treated like less than human. I was treated like that anyway. The worst part is I've gone to nursing school, I worked in the hospitals all over the valley and I know what good care is supposed to look like and this isn't it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A POC. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I was humiliated and in tears when I left and I was treated like this in front of my child.

I went today for wheezing, coughing, and fever. The time you wait to be seen is fairly quick. They checked my vitals and before he was done with that the doctor came in to talk to me as well listen to my breath sounds and order a breathing treatment , X-ray, ibuprofen, and a steroid. I do all of that and then I’m just waiting for the X-ray results.the doctor passed my room maybe 20 minutes or so after the X-ray was completed and told me he was waiting for results and will be in to discuss them. About 10 mins later a nurse or medical assistant (he never told me his name or title) comes in the gives me my discharge papers! No one explained anything to me he just said that I have some prescriptions being sent to my pharmacy that they never asked if it was still the same pharmacy! So I’m like okay the I read the paper after he left and it said I have pneumonia! I’m like okay no one thought to tell me that!!! The doctor never came back in to explain anything! Like what!!! How are you just going to prescribe some meds and not tell me what they are and what they are for! I am a person with feelings!! I really just wish they would have treated my like a person! Is this how you would want your daughter or mom to be treated Oh yeah and before the X-ray no one asked when was my last menstrual cycle or if I was pregnant. It felt like they needed the room and they just wanted me to leave! I had questions and concerns that were not addressed at all. I only came here because I knew that I could get a breathing treatment fast and not have to wait and suffer but next time I may just go somewhere else! This is not the first time that they have provided bad service to me.
