By far the best hospital I’ve visited.
Omar, has been really caring from the start. He made sure I felt welcomed and attended me with so much care! He checks up on me every chance he gets and makes sure I am okay.
Karen, has been really great as well, not only attending me in my visit but also giving me really helpful tips to reduce my nausea.
Joshua, has been great as well. He worked really quickly so that I got my results faster and was able to provide me with new medication to relieve the nausea.
This has been the first hospital where they attend me fast, they all work together really greatly to make sure the patients feel better soon and get to go home early.
I definitely recommend this to anyone in need for emergency care!

I had as incredible of an experience as one can have at the ER. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel taken care of with an impressively fast check-in and triage process. Special shoutouts to PA Tasha, RN Miranda, and Dr. Paul, who were all amazing. They listened to my concerns, quickly figured out what was going on, and came up with an effective plan to get me back on track with the right medications. I truly felt like I was in great hands the entire time. Thank you for such efficient and compassionate care!

Doctor Rick and Doctor Churosh were amazing!
They spoke to my husband plainly and in a manner that we could easily understand. They treated us like humans and not text book patients. I am absolutely grateful for them! And their service.

It's reassuring and comforting to see such commitment from healthcare professionals like Emily and Oscar. Their dedication truly enhances the patient and family experience.

Nurses who genuinely love their work create an atmosphere of compassion and trust, which can be incredibly reassuring for both patients and their families. Research shows that positive reinforcement during times of illness can significantly stimulate recovery. Both Oscar and Emily strive to maintain a positive outlook, which is crucial in high-stress environments like the ICU.

Emily’s attentiveness and gentle approach, combined with Oscar’s friendly demeanor, exemplify the qualities that enhance patient care and foster a supportive environment. Oscar’s positive attitude undoubtedly contributes to shorter recovery times for many patients. I really appreciate the way he speaks to the patient, explaining what he is doing regardless how sedated the patient is.

In the last week, I’ve spent approximately 40 hours in the last week in Matthew’s room. Jan, my sister has been in the room for 300 hours in the last two weeks. The reason I mentioned this is to say that each nurse, therapist, specialist, doctor and the house keeper, have shown the same love for their work, dedicated to the patient and their families.

Our gratitude underscores an essential aspect of healthcare: the human connection. It’s evident that the staff here are not only passionate about their jobs but also making a profound impact on the lives of their patients and their families. Thank you for employing such dedicated individuals; it’s inspiring to know that these compassionate professionals are part of the healthcare team in your area.

Side note- I refer to Emily and Oscar exclusively because they are the ones I interacted with. My sister points out the obvious fact that all the other medical professionals that we were blessed to have serve us, were equally as talented, compassionate and gifted. All involved were amazing.

Hello, I went into the ER yesterday and everyone was so kind and attentive. I felt safe and acknowledged. The nurses were so sweet and really nice! Dr. Charles Smith was great, he explained everything to me and explained and showed me how the heart works. It was pretty amazing! 🙂 The two nurses were so great I only got the name for one of them which is Diana. That you all you guys are amazing! God bless you.

I came to this hospital with my mom and expected to be waiting forever but we went right in and her nurse Teresa and Omar they were very respectful and caring. They even brought me snacks! I appreciate the way they constantly checked in, definitely made the anxieties calm down.
