This emergency room(not urgent care) is wonderful. Staff is great, family friendly and very convenient.
Of course I wish dignity health had urgent cares around, but emergency rooms work
the same.

We went to this emergency room for my husband. From the time we checked in until we left, we were treated with kindness and efficiency. Nathan was my husband's nurse and he did a great job of keeping us both informed of what was going on. I felt that he was open and honest with us. Dr. Wilson was his doctor for this visit. He talked to both of us and included us in his plan of action. I see many doctors and he is by far one of the best. If he had a private practice, we would switch to him immediately.

I was experiencing unknown high blood pressure symptoms for three days thinking I had the flu and Dr. Wilson was amazing. Great bedside manner great knowledge of what he’s doing and makes you feel very comfortable . He ultimately lowered my blood pressure down to normal ! it was running at 184/92 . He also took precautionary ct scan to make sure there was no bleeding, which I really appreciate because I was feeling so bad. I thought something else was majorly wrong. Ct scan normal, which allowed me to put something devastating to rest Also nurse. Monique was very efficient in communication administrating medication’s in my IV port without problems . considering how I felt for the past few days. I’m walking away with a normal blood pressure, And the pressure of my head has dissipated. One phrase I loved was him telling me that let’s make you feel better! I felt better than I did in three days prior. He literally put care back into healthcare where care is missing anymore and healthcare I think he’s a great doctor! and great nurse thank you for helping me feel better! He lived up to his word.

My first visit to this medical center. I got there on Saturday shortly after opening, around 810am. Was greeting promptly and fulled out paperwork . Was only 1 other person in waiting area . Was seen within 5 min of arrival. Nurse took me back collected some info as to why I was there, checked my vitals . Nurse said the Dr would be in shortly . So far everything better than I expected. The Dr came in introduced himself. Asked me why I was there . I told him . He looked at my leg ( the reason I was there). Did not touch my leg just looked at it visually. Turned around and on the way out he said I will get a prescription written and get you on your way . I was shocked . Nurse came in with my discharge paperwork. She told my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy and I was all set and ready to go . I asked her what the prescription was for and what was my diagnosis. She stated " just like I thought when I saw your leg" I asked what was going on. She then preceeded to give me some sort of idea and sent me on my way . I had to go home and look up on Wed MD what the diagnosis meant and what possibly could have have contributed to this issue . I am not a Dr . I just wanted some answers and to get treated because my leg was getting worse . Hopefully the antibiotics will take care of this but am not feeling confident it will. Within next week I will have my answer. If this was the only place left to get treated I think I will pass and just hope it gets better on it's own or with some over the counter mess.

Dignity Health was amazing! I was in so much pain, didn't know what was happening, they were so efficient, got me back to a room very quickly assessed my symptoms and lined up the tests I needed. My nurse Casey was outstanding made sure I was as comfortable as I could be and explained the steps. Dr. Wilson was thorough and detailed explaining what was going on and made sure I understood what led up to and what to do in the future. His bedside manner was so kind and understanding I couldn't have asked for a better team or a better place to be! So thankful to my fiance Lorenzo for taking me there. Thank you!

I have been to this ER before and always treated well and respected. Tonight I had to go due the excruciating pain in my abdomen that has lasted me 5 days. I was taken in right away. I was asked to pee in a cup as usual. That was it! They never even came for the sample. The PA came in and checked on my abdomen and basically said I’m constipated. Well yes I already know this and why I’m there in the first place. No other tests were run. No blood test, nothing. I’m severely dehydrated to top it off. I would have expected some compassion that was it. In and out in 20 minutes and nothing but a few prescriptions (all pharmacies are closed at 10;30 pm)
Did an abdominal pressure test and that was it. I’ve been here before and always had good experiences.
I wound have thought they would run a series of test to make sure I didn’t have a bowel blockage. The severity of my pain hurt so bad and the main reason why I came in the first place.
I expected the general test (blood tests) and yes medication for the pain. Now I’m sitting here at home at 3:30am doubled over with excruciating abdominal pain. I’m a 56 year old woman and not a drug seeker. But I did expect some help with the pain and at least an IV to help with the dehydration.

I brought my daughter in today for feeling not too well. The nurse Rachael was very sweet. And Dr.wilson is a very generous man. Complemented me on being a very good mother. Made my day. Theyre quick and fast paced. Highly recommend. Never disappointed when I come here.
