I don't know if this clinic has had a bad past, but the people working there treated me very nicely with a referral and got me in sooner than expected. I am lucky and don't always expect this, but the staff was super kind, too. Looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely the WORST medical office I have ever dealt with in my entire life. First, they schedule an 8:30 am appointment and take 75 minutes to actually bring you to the back. Then you wait another 30 minutes to see a medical student. After spending an inordinate amount of time with a medical student you then wait another 15-30 minutes to see a Resident who reviews the medical student's notes.

My experience was as follows: After spending almost 2 hours at their office I left with my hernia not having been evaluated and with the promise that my referral to see a surgeon would be processed that day ASAP. Four days later, after not being able to contact them via telephone (it ALWAYS goes to an answering service and the clinic almost NEVER calls you back) I had my other doctor call them. It turns out the Family Clinic NEVER submitted my referral. My doctor then forced them to submit it and to give me the surgeon's information so I could schedule a visit.

I did so, and then another week goes by with my Surgeon waiting for the Authorization paperwork to be faxed to their office. The Family Clinic NEVER faxed this information. They would not answer their phone and did not call be back. Again, my doctor was eventually able to get in touch with the Family Clinic just to discover they sent me to the WRONG SURGEON. Since this was confirmed, the Family Clinic has not called me or answered my calls, or returned my calls despite leaving dozes of messages with their answering service.

I am still struggling to have my hernia surgically treated and they are still as negligent as ever. I do not see how they are legally allowed to run this clinic.

I would give them 0 stars if possible and I hope that the Medical Board of CA soon shuts this disaster of a medical facility down.

This clinic is training new residents. The care I received although it was a long wait, was a lesson for us both. The residents were caring and confidence is required. My legs were looked at, as well as mobility without even having to change into a gown. I went for my mammogram with Breast Implants in large script on my dossier although I don’t have any. It was corrected by the lab downstairs. My labs were done at an independent lab. I walked in for the results of my physical exam and the verbal attitudes of the receptionist prompted this very honest review.

Terrible! Totally negligent! Rarely the clinic takes calls, I always leave many messages thru their answering service (extension number), they are very friendly, send my messages but the clinic
or the doctor never return the calls or take forever! They don't care about people's health, I always feel unsecure and abandoned with no care. I have a stomach issue, a physical issue and they are very inattentive ! I DON'T RECOMMEND! the staff is very friendly but the clinic itself don't do what they suppose to do in their job!

2. Call so many times to have appointment. So they gave appointment for next 5 days. 1 day before the appointment i called them to confirmed the appointment then guess what they told me, they said i dont have appointment what the hell.

completely unprofessional. they schedule you to be seen after a month and don't have results ready. make you wait over an hour to find results. ask you if you know where you went so that they can find information. waste of time

TERRIBLE OFFICE THAT NEVER CALLS YOU BACK , DOESN'T REFILL SCRIPTS AND IGNORES PATIENTS WHO ARE OUT OF MEDS FOR WEEKS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PKACE DOWN. The worst ….
