I had surgery 2 weeks ago . I had the best experience possible from my nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist. They were all very caring and attentive The hospital was very clean and orderly, with a calm peaceful atmosphere.

Going for my first colonoscopy I was nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs! But the sign on my way in reminded me to see the humor in things. I smiled and asked stupid questions….. Like how could I drink a whole gallon of water and none of it hit my bladder and came out the other end? Tee hee. I woke up to the good news that all was well no problems….no trots….no gallops….no polyps. Knock knock who’s there? Cologuard. Cologuard Who? Cologuard you sent me here over nothing! But thank you to the Dignity staff and Drs for being safe vs sorry!

The nurses are outstanding. Rose, Clara Tina, Kim all worked with my mother In Law. She was in need of assistance to get up to use the restroom and they were very fast at attending to her. They are very encouraging and positive. Service in ER was very prompt in assessing her with her condition. The physical therapists Elizabeth and Zac were also very encouraging and did some great work outs to help strengthen my mother in law. I highly recommend this hospital for all your needs.

Dr. Myers is the most corrupt, unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had to see but some of the other doctors there aren’t bad. Dr. Myers did everything he could to deny and delay sending me for imaging and treatment, after I was severely injured at work over 2 years ago. Dr. Myers became extremely aggressive and angry after finding out I was able to reverse his denial of my claim to the point that he caused additional injuries to my shoulders by trying to force them past their limits when I have multiple torn muscles. Dr. Myers flat out lied to my face about submitting my referrals for treatment for over year and on his reports. Then once I started requesting copies of all the reports and referrals for my attorney, I was told that they tried sending them out a couple times but they’ve now conveniently shredded all of those medical records.

I’ve already left a couple of reviews at the request of Dignity Health but I will do it once more. This last visit for a preop visit for carpal tunnel surgery within the next couple of weeks was the worst visit I’ve ever had at any doctors office let alone Dignity Health. I was checking in with the front desk personnel when the security guard had approached them and had requested they inquire about my service dog to my side. I was asked if the animal was my service dog to which I answered yes and they followed up with the next question as to which service does he provide to which I responded that he is in training for PTSD. The security officer then informed me that Dignity Health does not allow service animals on the property let alone in the patient rooms in the back. I tried to inform this officer that his information must be incorrect as it is illegal for any place to refuse a service animal to enter on the premise . He informed me that it was against Dignity Health policy to allow service animals on the property at all. I informed him that refusing service animals is against the law and in violation of the ADA and is literally a crime. I also informed him that PTSD is the only mental health disability recognized by the ADA for needing service animals. I also reiterated the fact that my dog was a service animal and not an emotional support animal. I also informed him that if he refused to allow me to continue with my doctors visit, not only will Dignity Health be reported to the ADA, but he also could be found personal reliable for violating laws despite policy himself. He still insisted that I was not allowed to take my service dog with me to the visit so before I proceeded with an official complaint, I requested that he provide me his supervisor or the person responsible for producing the Dignity Health policies under which service animals are not allowed so I may speak with them personally. He left my presence and I finished checking in with the front desk agent and then went ahead and sat down in the waiting room. A few moments later, the security officer returned to the waiting room and from the doors, he made eye contact with me and did not approach any closer to me sitting at the opposite end of the waiting room to inform me that my service dog was OK and that the policies of Dignity Health will be changing. I did not receive an apology or any sort of remorse from the security officer for literally Triggering, my PTSD and anxiety from blatantly arguing with me regarding my service animal. Once I returned to the patient rooms when the nurse first came in she found my service animal assisting to lower my anxiety and doing his job and she inquired as to what was going on. I informed her what just happened out in the lobby and she was nothing but apologetic and was completely astonished that I was treated that way. The same occurred, once the doctor came to see me and the phlebotomist who was drawing my blood. So it appears that only the staff behind the front desk are aware of the ADA laws And are appropriate when addressing people’s disabilities however, the front desk staff are unaware as to their requirements or limitations and the security officer, I believe needs a new job.

Over the many years I have had numerous medical issues for me and my family. Using the ER often as well my most recent visit to the ER after the tens of visits I have experienced this one was by far the most efficient. The staff was astute and able to communicate which has really been a very weak point with your ER services to Summit all up I was very pleased with the efficiency on the way my medical issue was handled

Stephanie provided excellent care for me as she always does. She takes time to explain elements of my diagnosis in a way that is easy to understand. She is so warm and compassionate, I always feel very comfortable. I drive an hour to get to my appointments, but it’s time well spent because I know I am getting top notch care. Stephanie always makes sure that all my concerns are addressed and that I’m well taken care of.
