Dr Jones is my doctor, she is absolutely amazing, she goes beyond, and has helped me so much throughout the years, she is very smart, knowledgeable, treats me with kindness and respect, she's the best.
There are a lot of bad reviews on the front staff but this was a long time ago there is all new staff and they are wonderful!!!
Celeste the referral coordinator is top notch, she is very kind, patient
Professional, very detail-oriented and gets what needs to be done and gets it done quickly and correctly, and I have a lot of referrals that are not the norm.
I am so appreciative to her.

Latest example (in a decade-long litany of failures): Hit by a truck while on my bike. Called in to see my PCP. No callback. Called in again. Front desk said they were still waiting for a doctor's response. Made an appointment for 2 WEEKS later, and went to urgent care. Appointment cancelled due to doctor becoming unavailable 3 days beforehand, with msg saying another doctor would see me. Called in, and front desk again reached out to doctors. No callback. Called in AGAIN end of next day, was told no response from doctors (after 2 full days); msg had apparently "not been marked urgent." Finally get a callback half way through next day; offered an appointment the following week, 3 WEEKS after being hit by a truck, and in deteriorating condition.

Seriously? 3 weeks to see my PCP, when I have urgent medical concerns?

The practitioners here are competent, but what does it matter if they're effectively unavailable?

I hate to give them such a low rating - Dr. Cudahy and Dr. Zenker are both excellent doctors, but the administrative side of things is a mess. It's taken me almost two months and at least 8 phone calls to get a form filled out because the office staff gave me inconsistent information and didn't follow through on relaying documents to/from Dr. Cudahy. I would love to keep going to Dr. Cudahy or Zenker, but the administrative burden isn't worth it.

This is not a review of my dr, who is thorough and lovely.

My complaint is with the staff. They made an appt with me six months in advance for a second dose of a travel vaccine I needed. They confirmed said appt a week in advance. After waiting 40 min in the lobby the day of my appt, they inform me they don't have the vaccine. Well at least they said sorry

I am checking in right now and the receptionist didn’t say “Hi” or “Thank you” or even smile. So I was wondering maybe she has a bad day. I checked on google and I found a 2.7 stars with everyone not happy of the service although they have a fantastic Dr. Experiences. I think it’s time for Dignity to just invest in a course given to the receptionists for customer service and the 2.7 stars will turn to a 5 stars.

Dr Hohn and Alec Rogness are elite at what they do! They make sure you go through the right steps before jumping into surgery.I had to have surgery and you would lucky to have the care I got from these excellent men ! I’m 5 weeks out of surgery and already feel like a new person! Thanks for everything. Dan obert

My doctor was fantastic, but all other aspects of this location were horrid. Constant insurance mix ups, no matter how many times I showed them my insurance. Unprofessional to deal with. They're copay machine is down, so when I asked when I could expect the bill I was just met with a smirk and "a while!" and they laughed. I don't recommend dignity health if you can avoid it.

Just a follow up that they never actually helped, reached out further, or even apologized after they asked me to reach out.

I was travelling to San Francisco because of a death in my spouses family. This was during Covid when a covid test was needed to get back to Canada where I live. I was shopping around for a covid test expecting the test to be from anywhere from 0 to 100 dollars as I have travelled in and out of the USA several times at this point. Usually for a rapid test I paid about seventy five dollars. When I went into Dignity Health I asked how much, explaining I was Canadian and that I was going back to Canada. I gave them my passport to check me in. They told me it was free.

Nearly a year later I get a bill for 300 dollars. . The worst part of this is that when I called to inquire what could be done since I was given false information, and information that would have meant I would have went elsewhere for a covid test, the employee on the phone put the blame on me. Apparently this cost is well known and I should have researched before having the test. I suppose that means that you should not trust any of what those who work here say. And honestly what might have happened if I were staying at a hotel and never received the bill? I am utterly speechless from this experience and it has shown me this company only cares about lining its pockets, not about people or patients. Do yourself a favour and look for another place to get your medical needs
