One of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. DR Ayub was not friendly or warm during any part of our appointment. She was pulling her hair and sighing as soon as our video call started. I felt very uncomfortable. I understand your job is stressful. I dread Dr visits but need a primary to full prescriptions. I do not need to dread seeing my Dr because of their unprofessional and bad attitude on top of it. I had forgotten to ask for the Dr note needed for work for the illness I had seen her for and immediately called back. Was told Dr refused to write a note unless I made another appointment which I would be charged for.

Very dissatisfied with the visit. Nurse practitioner was clearly not interested in communication. Every time I tried to say something- she interrupted. She was clearly in a rush to get me out of there. She didn’t properly introduce herself nor asked me what I am there for. After few attempts to try and talk to her I realized it’s completely pointless. It’s a stressful situation to go in to the doctors office in general, but feeling completely unheard made the experience even worse. Waste of time.
If you have no option but to go there, I would not recommend Meilane Jamias NP. She also told me I needed to schedule a follow up appointment via Zoom in 1 month. I schedule the appointment for a month out then get an appointment reminder call later that day that I was scheduled for a follow up in 2 days - not one month.

Cecilia from the front office is very rude! No customer service skills at all. She either needs more training or she shouldn't be working around sick patients. When patients make these appointments we come in as a sick patient and if you are the first point of contact you should have some compassion for your patients when we check in.

Told me my son needed a referral, so I went in. The doctor sent in a referral. Two weeks letter, I get a letter from Dignity stating that I did not , in fact, need a referral.

I disputed the charge, on the grounds that Dignity required a visit that they then said was unnecessary. I called several times over the next few months, asking for an update to my dispute. They didn't contact me. They just closed out the account and sent the bill over to collections.

I've spent dozens of hours disputing a $107 bill. Please, save yourself a lot of headache and go somewhere else.

2.9 stars is a joke! It is PATHETIC that people cant take responsibility for their own actions. This is a business. When you miss an appointment or you are late for an appointment -YOU CAUSE A DOMINO EFFECT of people losing money and are inconsiderate of everyone's time involved when you book your appointment and are late. Its elementary folks. FYI:When you call to make an appointment- ITS A CALL CENTER -an extra implemented courtesy provided by DIGNITY HEALTH to insure the incoming calls get booked and customers get immediate attention. These reps have ZERO reflection of the office staff. When YOU CHOOSE, a doctor to care for you and your family its because you have confidence the doctor is qualified, shows genuine concern and takes the time to identify symptoms you tell them. In return, the medical professional provides treatment necessary.

Google allows consumers to provide feedback on the specific experience on the person that provided service. The comments are for the additional feedback on the other people associated. This should be structured on Sara Allen NP and YOUR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH HER DIRECTLY. NOT How the receptionist treats you..NOT How the flow of booking of your appointment went and NOT How offensive someones perfume is in the waiting room?

Clearly all of those variables above are invalid and should not superceded Sara Allen's credentials, work ethic and core values when providing care for her patients.

Put yourself in someone else's shoes. How would you feel if you worked an 8 hour shift , sometimes more, and only get recognized for the negative feedback and held accountable for actions of other coworkers Yet you still wake up every morning ,silently clap for your own self and SLAY the day. AGAIN, the star rating is FOR THE DOCTOR. The comments are for the staff and anything extra you wish to say.

If we all focused more on ourselves rather others..if we had to rate ourselves...give feedback on ourselves....Honestly what would it say? If you had to create a story and write the content of every ugly word you spoke to another person on your body for all to see....What would your story look like?

Maybe if your employees had an ounce of decency, and treated patients with respect, you’d have better reviews and more patients. We all understand what it’s like to have a bad day, but your front desk clerks do not reserve the right to be mean to people who have nothing to do with their frustrations. Try harder.

Sara Allen NP is AWESOME and always manages to make time to take care of my family. It's hard to find good doctors but its rare to find an OUTSTANDING one! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
