I have used this Urgent Care several times over the last year. Every time I go, I find the staff to be professional, competent and caring. Usually the waiting room time is short though it is a walk-in urgent care so it can vary. Jessica the PA there, was compassionate and thoughtful during my appointment. After the assessment, the office followed through with making office appointments with specialists and on two occasions the same day! Jessica also followed up afterwards to insure that I was doing well. If you need kindness and competent care, use this service. If you need a specialist they will do their best to help find you one. We are fortunate to have this walk-in medical office in our town.

I had to come into this urgent care last week and after witnessing a few interactions between this staff member and some people I needed to leave a review about the guy working the front desk. I believe his name was Rhom and he definitely deserves a raise.

Multiple people came in and immediately had a bad attitude and were very rude to him and he handled it like a pro. As someone who works in customer service I have to give him major props.

He was very professional and kind to these people who deserved a slap in the face and so I just wanted to give this guy a shout out.
Rhom, this urgent care is blessed to have a staff member like yourself.

Wow! This is cleanest best staffed medical office that i have ever been in. I went in today for an urgent episode. The doctors and staff were just the most professional and knowledgeable as they could be. I had a wonderful experience and will certainly recommend this office to all my friends and relatives as the best.

I went in yesterday as a walk-in after lacerating my head in the Yuba River. They were courteous and professional. My wait time was about 10 minutes and was reasonable as I had paperwork to fill out. The medical assistant (David) was all around wonderful, even provided water for my husband and me to drink. The attending physician (Myra) was incredibly thorough and respectful of me as a patient. As the laceration was on my face, she was especially careful, attentive, and precise in repairing the damage. Perfect! We are blessed that this facility is available for urgent care needs.

We don’t have many urgent care choices, in our rural community, and I was pleased to use SNUC. I was a huge fan of Yuba Docs for many years. When they closed I felt a bit of despair. This facility is quite easy to use. The office staff was helpful, and the care I received was excellent. We are very happy to have this resource in our community.

Waited over 4 hours to be seen. My friend had 4 large gashes in her foot. They did not take us seriously and treated us rude and unprofessionally. When we were finally seen the nurse practitioner was very sweet and did a good job, just wish we were seen sooner and taken more seriously.

They stop taking walk-ins before they close so consider going somewhere else first if it’s close to their closing time.

Best urgent care in Nevada county . I had a severe issue this morning and first went to Western Sierra off of Old Tunnel … ended up walking out in tears without finishing my form ( very disrespectful rude front staff seemed to want to embarrass me on purpose ) so I left … went to Dignity and wow what a difference ! Super friendly, helpful staff and the nurse was professional and kind and then my doctor today , Marya Hicks, what an amazing , honest , kind doctor ! Thank you so much team Dignity for your human kindness at its best !
