Chris Phillips is NOT professional and belittles you for asking about a condition you believe you have. I came to him repeatedly regarding excruciating pain from period cramps. He sent me to do a blood test… nothing. He sent me to do an ultrasound and failed to even tell me that there was going to be a big camera going inside my vagina. It was very unexpected and painful. I also asked about the cost and it was dismissed, coming out to 900 dollars without warning. Do not see him. I asked about endometriosis because I fainted in class and my teacher suggested I should look into endometriosis. I ask him, and he said that “the ultrasound should’ve picked it up”. Which is completely false because the most common type leaves smaller scars, and all forms need to be diagnosed through surgery. He belittled me and dismissed my concerns, and I trusted and incompetent medical practitioner. After paying for so many appointments, I no longer wanted to see or support him because the money was going to waste. He does not care about you.

Dr. Chang has made me change my mind about doctors. I had very little to no trust when working with doctors . Now i enjoy my doctor and trust her opinion.The comfort of Knowing she has my best interest at heart ,along with her honest nature lets me leave my visits or calls feeling safe .

Always able to get in and out of lab within few minutes. Woodland lab takes long time, too many people using facility. Everyone is pleasant and concerned with making your experience good.
