Had to be transferred to this hospital from a local ED and I have to say I was impressed with the care I received. Huge shout out to the nurses in the outpatient department (Lowella, Rowena, Joy, Alyssa and the rest) as well as the doctors both in the department, the GI team and surgery team. Definitely 10/10. In my 5 day stay, I felt heard, valued and understood.

Had to be admitted to the hospital after a visit to their ER. First time visit of both for myself. The staff and providers have all been very helpful and friendly. I am impressed with the level of care and also with the professionalism. The food also has been surprisingly good overall.

Nothing but positive things to say about the delivery of my first baby here! The entire staff was amazing, and every single nurse we had was phenomenal. Major shout out to Melissa who was my nurse during labor. She was truly a godsend! I love how baby friendly this hospital is, and how much they value the bonding piece as a family right after delivery.

Mercy Gilbert Catholic Hospital is one of the best in the area. I’ve had many family members here and myself here, and have never been disappointed. Very accommodating to all your needs. Very easy access by freeway. Every one of the staff in his hospital are very kind and accommodating.

My experience giving birth here was wonderful Even though it was extremely busy. My water broke around 2:30am i called before coming in and we arrived at 4am. I was waiting for a delivery room while laboring for 10 hours. They let my spouse join me after a few hours because i was alone for so long. That was hard being alone and laboring in a room full of others who were laboring as well. The nurse was so sweet she tried to make me as comfortable as possible. I was able to get into a room a hour before giving birth. I feel if i was able to get into a room before i would have had a more comfortable and private experience. I was able to ultimately still have the type of birth i wanted natural unmedicated and with a midwife. The support and kindness each nurse who cared for my baby and i was more than words could describe. They alone made my experience positive. The true care they provided was such a blessing. The lactation consultant and the wonderful people who came around Snacks were absolute angels.

Every experience I've had with Dignity has been horrible from patient care to billing. I would rather go 15minutes further away to Banner because at least Banner treats their paitents and their billing dept does their job. I didn't know I had a bill until I was being harassed by a debt collector. I called billing and was told they had my address wrong and that it would be looked into and a manager would call me.... that was in MAY! I recently got a call from yet another debt collector about yet another bill I NEVER RECEIVED! Now I'm being told they mailed it to the correct address and called me several times but my lack of mail and phone records say otherwise so now they're trying to gaslight me and call me a liar. I asked several times to speak with a manager and get told no one is working and they'll call me back... you mean like they were supposed to in May?! It is absolutely ridiculous and a complete scam. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer since they have not once but twice FALSELY sent me to collections.

My boyfriend was admitted here for a couple days and I really can’t say enough good things about this place! The nurses he had- from the ER to the room were all so great. They were quick to respond to anything he needed and really seemed to care about him which I feel like you don’t get other places. Everyone I met around the hospital was also so nice and helpful. Even though hospitals aren’t usually a great place to be, the staff here made this comfortable for both of us.

In the few experiences I've had with Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, I've found that the hospital is always clean, the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and the staff are compassionate. I work in healthcare and I've seen good hospitals and bad hospitals. Mercy Gilbert is a good hospital. Shout out to the outpatient surgery team for taking excellent care of my mother today. The charge nurse, Kim, went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable.
