I’m really disappointed with the care policies that require confirmation of pregnancy via ultrasound prior to allowing care with an OB. This policy is harmful as there are ectopic, molar pregnancies and other urgent medical needs that can occurs before 8 weeks. This policy keeps people from being able to access necessary care, especially considering this clinic serves our Medi-Cal population. I also think the techs and front desk need sensitivity training as not all pregnancies are a joyful or desired experience for the clients coming in. We deserve to be treated with more respect and consideration in these sensitive matters.

I have had serious health issues, for months now. The receptionists all have awful attitudes, horrible communication and lack of knowledge, on top of no follow through when they say something. The ‘specialists’ also have a huge lack of professionalism and proper communication and listening skills. I now have to receive a procedure and the only place I can me referred to is here, it’s an urgent procedure. They do not seem to care let alone know how to do their jobs, on top of giving me attitude because my referral isn’t on their screen even though I was told to call to schedule my appointment, somehow that’s my fault, and they can’t do anything for me. Mind you, this is a procedure I NEED. If they can’t even communicate, how am I supposed to feel
comfortable with an invasive procedure that I need to go RIGHT for my health?

As an established patient, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. When I called to let them know I was pregnant with my first pregnancy at around 5 weeks, I was told I would receive a call in the near future to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that call never came. Now, at 11 weeks, I have switched to Sutter, who called me back the same day and promptly got me on their calendar. I now understand why so many people are choosing Sutter.

Honestly shocked. Waited four months for an appointment after already having six months of extremely irregular periods and cramping for multiple months on end. Just had my appointment with Humphrey and was told "maybe I was hanging out with women". Nothing else offered but birth control. Never felt more dismissed. What a waste of time and money.

I haven't even had the opportunity to be seen yet because of this clinics incompetence and lack of general care at all.

In April my Primary Care Doctor referred me here. I never heard from them and had other health issues and a family death come up, so I did not get around to calling them until late June. When I called I said I was hoping to schedule an appt from a referral. This girl on the phone asks, "Have we contacted you?" I said..."No..." "Well we contact you within two weeks of the referral." Mind you, this referral was from APRIL and they NEVER called me. I told her that, she looks up my name and claims they don't have a referral and never did all this time. I asked, "Oh, do the referrals "expire" after a certain amount of time maybe?" This girl could not comprehend what I was asking. "We don't have a referral." Yes, I got that...that doesn't answer my valid question. So now I have to call my doctor again and have them send the referral again. Ten days later they finally call and book me out to late August for a ZOOM APPOINTMENT. Not a physical appointment for a first-time visit that REQUIRES A PHYSICAL EXAMINATION to help me with my condition.

Fast forward to yesterday I receive a voicemail stating they have to reschedule that August visit because the doctor isn't in clinic that day. I called back in 3 minutes and was told they were out to lunch and would call me after. I've never received a call. I've waited months to be seen, and to have my problem resolved or at least diagnosed and treated because I am in great pain daily, for over a year.

Then when I Googled their phone number to see their operating hours, I saw the awful reviews. I hope my review, although long-winded, stops at least ONE person from going there. I already know they are not going to care about my issue and chances are, won't be willing to really help me get to the bottom of my long-term pain I've been experiencing.

I went through the process of having baby with SC OBGYN in 2014. I think they did a great job. I loved the widwives and the doctors. (I also hired a specialist outside of the medical system to guide and support me, so I felt supported that way, too.)
Currently in 2024, as the only Dignity OB in SC, I understand the office is quite busy. I was able to get an appointment after getting a referral from my primary doctor.
I feel assured that I will receive quality care with my current concerns.

I had 3 appointments cancelled.
One that is supposed to be today 1/27/25 they didn’t have me in the schedule. This really doesn’t care about their patients .
