A large portion of my visit was pleasant and a majority of the staff were caring and genuinely concerned for my well being. The attending physician took the time to explain in great details and offered wonderful caring instructions to follow through with. Upon my discharge, the nurse/assistant was a bit rude and belittling toward me and downplayed the severity of my injury and promptly showed me which way the exit was. It appeared to me that she was bothered that I had been there to seek medical help considering there was only two other patients in the entire clinic at the time of my visit. This was on Saturday October 5th, 2024 around 12 noon. If it wasn't for her, the visit would have been perfect.

I’ve been to this urgent care center a few times over the years and had good experiences. This changed when I went in May for a sinus infection, paid my copay, then I was surprised by a bill a few months later for ~$400. Turns out they coded my urgent care visit as an out-patient hospital visit. I even had an insurance review completed and the code didn’t change. This is entirely deceptive, at no point was I informed of any kind of billing change. Even my bank statement for the copay clearly states urgent care. Customer service at dignity health has not been helpful. I will have to find out how to contact the billing department and get this fixed before it goes into collections. I will not be going back and would not recommend due to this deceptive billing.

This was my first visit here and I was impressed with the overall efficiency of the facility. Everything seem to be running like a clockwork during my short visit. There were no frustrated crowds in the waiting room. Also no delays in checking in, preliminary exam by the nurse and consultation with the doctor. Patients seemed to coming and going at regular intervals. Lab work needed for my diagnosis was performed quickly in the facility. Couple of factors made my visit pleasant; on line scheduling so I did not have to wait, and the general great attitude of the staff. It also helped that there is reserved parking for urgent care patients near the entrance.

This was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care in my life. I did pre book an appointment day of, however it wasn't busy when I went Sunday afternoon.

We were seen very quickly, Neely was so so kind and helpful as she was admitting my son and just absolutely fantastic with kids.

We quickly went to our room and maybe 10 minutes later (maybe less) the doctor came in, he was kind, quick, and also great with kids.

Paid my copay and was out the door in 30 minutes.

This is our new urgent care, absolutely flawless experience.

Went to get tested for strep throat when my daughter was diagnosed as well. Only a throat swab and nothing more. Saw a dr maybe for 3 minutes total. Just received a bill for $1001 for 2 strep tests. Contacted my insurance company and they are recommending I get the itemized bill to see why it's so high but now I can't get anyone at Dignity Health to answer the phone. This is an urgent care not a hospital. I will also be contacting the media and news stations as they are good at getting these false practices out to the public.

Edit: received assistance from Michelle and April regarding the billing. They were able to explain why the pricing is so high due to my insurance deductible not yet met. Updated from 1 star to 4 stars. Would have been better in my opinion if there was pricing listed as it was over $400 just for an Urgent Care visit so if underinsired, uninsured or even a high deductible that is what your charge will be just for the urgent care. That is why not 5 stars but still their help was appreciated.

Made an appointment for my 3 year old daughter’s ear infection. Even with an appointment, we were there for 3 hours total. They billed me $550 for the visit. For an ear infection. Will absolutely not be coming back here.

Their billing department is not good. They take copies of cards and ids yet still enter information incorrectly only to find out almost a year and a half later! Incompetentand and unprofessional to have to deal with a mistake on their end this long after a visit!

Received excellent care! Staff was friendly and really listened, was in and out in a hour with X-rays. Didn’t have an appointment. There was no waiting. Best medical service I’ve received in a while.
