They cancel appointments and don't notify you. They cancelled 5 appointments in a row and then I requested a change of doctor and the same thing happened.

Dr Turkot always spends time needed. Very thorough, kind and compassionate. She lets me know what I should be doing for good health. She answers my questions and concerns. Only problem, waiting long time to see her, at times.

A lady on the payment center name Karen is person who dose not want to help others with there payment plan and is a unprofessional person that needs to be fired due to ignorance and not wanting to do her work i been trying for the last past 40 min to just make a payment if any one is reading this hope they tell her upper management that she is lazy and needs to find a different job and that is unprofessional.i called from 3 different phone one from Verizon one from at&t and one from sprint and she acts after a good 15 seconds that she can hire me but will respond to my calls and my wid number.its not my phone with a defective or nothing its her being lazy.

I’m really upset that there is absolutely no way of reaching a Dr or staff after hrs and the operators you have answering the number have absolutely no compassion, it no wonder that patients feel like their drs don’t care. I would really appreciate someone for Dr Jason lees office to call me or even how ever is in charge of your phone lines
