Not all the Dischem brances are the same. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The dispensary is quick and they go the extra mile to assist.
The store is neat and clean. Will recommend anytime.

Disappointed!! Booked online for a pedicure for 4pm, the woman said the treatment is about an hour. My mom and I got there at 4, got helped at 4:30 and by 5 we were done. Had to pay the pull spa pedi amount and when I asked about it they laughed it off.

Collection you always have to wait very long. There is no place to sit down. Waiting to get served takes time as several time the person in front had a problem with the collection and then you can wait very long. In general I am happy with Dischem Valley View but the collection part needs some attention.

The pharmacy service is extremely slow and relaxed. On a good day it takes 30+ minutes to fill a basic prescription. Less chatting in the back office and a bit more sense of purpose / customer service please.

On a Friday during peak hours this store has 3 tellers open. It has taken me 15 minutes in this line to pay for 3 items! Any manager worth their salary would have stepped in and opened more tellers. The queue is so long it!

Thank you for allocating us Gabby Ceba at the Pharmacy dept.

Excellent service from her as she was the only pharmacist available to assist at that time and it happened that my daughter urgently needed a bathroom in normal cases I would have cancelled my order to rush my Princess to the bathroom . However a heart of serving took charge and willingly to my daughter to the bathroom and brought her back. In the recent times this was becoming rare in Dischem stores but today’s service has assured me that some of Dischem still provides an exceptional service to its customer at all times

It's really nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Clean and neat, absolutely love their nail bar. It's always a pleasure going there.
