I purchased some equipment last year, 1st delivery looked like it was dropped during shipping, they sent out a replacement right away. Had an issue a year later, was taken care of right away! They answered all of my questions and were always pleasant.

Terrible attitude and bad service. I never received an email confirmation for my order. When I mentioned canceling the order if it wasn’t received by the promised time, John threatened me with collections. This feels like a scam. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Very disappointed.

Andew Schmidt, the general manager of Discount Cardiology / C&R Medical, Inc., sold me a used EKG machine in place of a new unit, as per our telephone discussion and as it appeared on their website. It displayed a stock picture of the EKG and its functionality but does not state it to be used and neither does the sales receipt.
They have refused to credit my account and claim they never got it back. Well, I have a tracking number through a FedEx ticket, and I am disputing it with the credit card company.
This merchant is guilty of false advertisement and is attempting to steal from its customers! A zero star is not good enough for these theifs.

I have been using them for a number of years for supplies. One of my favorite things about using C & R is that someone answers the calls right away. No annoying automated service saves me time.Great prices and a quick delivery. I have never had any issues and would recommend their products and services. Currently we are using an EKG Machine that we bought from them in 2007. Never had an issue other that the patient cable needing replacement once or twice over the years. Highly recommend using this company.

I was sold a defective monitor.I called tech support and they told me that I needed to send the unit back. When I asked for a refund on the unit, they refused and said I could buy another unit but they would not refund my money.This place is a scam.Do not do business with these thieves. After repeated attempts to get a refund, they still have not returned the $2000 that I paid for the defective unit.Steer clear of these people.

They took weeks ignored my email request and never gave me anything without having to force them to do so. It never really worked again after then "fixed it". They didn`t provide a service report for the work they "did" Zero Stars if I could.

I am sorry to say that I would recommend neither this company nor their products. We purchased a refurbished Mac 1200 from them in 2014 with a year warranty. The machine was stored in a climate controlled storage unit for a time and the first time we plugged it in, it died and wouldn't work. When we sent it back to C & R, it turns out the mother board was bad and needed to be replaced. Of course, the warranty had just expired. Suffice it to say, we refuse to purchase another machine from a company whose machines perform so poorly the FIRST TIME YOU USE THEM and whose only solution, upon hearing how poorly something they refurbished and sold performed, was to recommend purchasing another machine. We will not be recommending them to any of the offices in our area.

Their customer service was exceptional- they were knowledgeable and gave me many options, their price was the best, and I received the machine quickly and in excellent condition.
