Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing Shana is. We needed an oxygen machine in the middle of the night and Shana patiently helped to make that happen. She had it delivered to the house within a short time and now my husband can rest. I will be saving her contact info and sharing it whenever I can.

Wow, Shana, thank you so much! I needed a new 10 liter oxygen generator so I googled it. I called a few before I got to DME Finders, but I called. Someone took my name and number and told me someone would be in touch soon. Shana texted me two minutes later with her number to call her and I did. I told her I needed a new 10 liter oxygen generator, she told me she will text me soon with more information. 10 minutes later Shana texts me she has it and it will be delivered today, and at a great price. By 3:30pm I had a new oxygen generator. What a pleasant experience with a nice, friendly, helpful lady. I am beyond satisfied and recommend Shana and DME Finders. Thank you Shana, you are a sweet, kind soul who I wish all the best. You are successful because you deserve to be. You work hard and do it with a great attitude. I will choose the best going forward, and that is you.

Shana!! Shana! You are an amazing person. I have looked at ever store from Walmart to home improvement stores an i couldn’t find a 3 in one toilet. I had knee surgery on the 25 and I was going through. I want everyone to know DME finders is definitely the place to go. What makes them the best in the business is 1 personality 2 willingness to be available on last minute items. 3 pricing says it all. DME has been incredibly helpful to me. After a hospital stay, I was prescribed oxygen for a limited time. All the Denton suppliers were closed for the weekend, but DME was OPEN! The doctor was NOT going to let me go home without it, so I was truly grateful. I texted with Shana, and she delivered the equipment I needed to the hospital directly. Not only that, but I could rent or buy or rent to own. Any time I have contacted them for information, they have been ready and able to help. There was a slight snag in making my first payment, but it was resolved quickly. I thought something was wrong with the portable concentrator, and they said they would replace it with another right away. It ended up being user error, but they were so responsive! I also needed a replacement car charg cord, and they didn’t hesitate, just said they would send me one right away. Ah-Mazing! The people, particularly Shana, are as kind and helpful as can be, and I recommend them to anyone with medical equipment needs. Their prices are fair and they will work with you to pay. Overall great experience! 👍🏻👍🏻

Shana was amazing and really truly helped save my fiance's life last night. He is a heart patient and while he had had covid for a few days, he acutely decompensated and needed home O2 support to keep him out of the hospital while all the medications had a chance to kick in. By the time he was discharged from the hospital and a written order from the doctor was provided for this therapy to us, literally no one was open for me to obtain an oxygen concentrator. Shana and Pauline stayed until 7 pm for me to make if from Plano to South Dallas to obtain the machine. They were kind, knowledgeable and walked me through everything. If I could give 10 stars I would!

If there were 10 stars I would rate this company with 10, not 5. My CPAP decided to call it quits after 10 years. I was very fortunate to find DME Finders online. I called Wednesday and Pauline was able to help me find the right CPAP machine for my needs. Pauline ordered one for me and I went and picked it up on Thursday 24 hours later. I was pleased to be greeted by Pauline and Shana both. I can't thank you all enough. You are life savers. Literally. I used the new CPAP and I slept the best I have slept in a very long time. Even better than my old outdated one. These women are awesome. Outstanding service. And the biggest thing is that they care about you, the customer. Thank you all so much, Stacie
