I have been coming to Dr. Bansal for a couple of years now and have been so surprised at how different my engagement with him is different than any other clinician I see. He takes so much time to understand how I’m doing - not just physically but mentally and I feel like I have a true partner in my health. He’s also incredibly responsive by text and email which is so helpful.

If you're looking for a doctor that has excellent bedside manner....You've found it! I have been a patient of his for the last 4-5 years and he has always provided an open and welcoming space to discuss issues. Dr. Bansal is the type of provider that will walk you through the reasonings behind the treatment he is recommending. I've always appreciated when a doctor can explain what's happening to you and also why the treatment they recommend is the best course of action. He has taken his time to answer all the questions that I had.. even the ones I felt were dumb..LOL. I don't feel rushed when speaking with him. I feel like Dr. Bansal and TrustMD may be on to a new way of treating patients where they don't feel like just a number.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bansal and with each interaction received prompt response and had my questions answered. I had some issues arise and Dr. Bansal was quick to respond and together we decisively and collaboratively worked together to create a goal and effective plan of care. I have been pleased so far to work with him and his company and would recommend the time to sit down and do the virtual introduction. Would recommend friends and family to his practice.

Dr. Bansal has excellent communication skills, and it's easy and quick to get an appointment with him. He's excellent at responding to texts or emails, and it's a breath of fresh air to the service you get in the typical American healthcare model. The convenience, time-saving and quality of care makes me want to never go back. I have already recommended the Direct PCP model to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone to Dr. Bansal if you're in the DMV area.

Dr. Bansal is Board Certified in Family medicine and has extensive experience in this area. He is very thorough, taking time to understand your complete medical history. He listens very carefully to what you say and asks questions that show he is really taking your experience seriously.
He spends time explaining your medical condition in ways that are easy to understand but have a great deal of important information. He tries to offer treatment options that are acceptable to you, including letting you know about the side effects of medications and what to expect in a procedure. When the issue is complicated, he is willing to go over it more than once until you understand.
He encourages you to contact him and is available 24/7 via phone and email. If you want a doctor who provides methodical, comprehensive medical care with a compassionate manner, you will be very satisfied with Dr. Bansal. He is a personal service doctor who is not like any of the concierge services you may have seen out there.

Dr. Bansal truly is one of the best doctors I've had. He's attentive to my health, and he takes time to (1) listen to my concerns, (2) get to know me and my particular health needs, and (3) discuss options and a path forward that's best for me. He also responds quickly to my emails. I know that if ever I have a health concern or medical question, he'll get back to me promptly, or even see me in person if necessary (and without having to wait a long time to be seen). I'm very happy with the care I've been given, and I highly recommend Dr. Bansal -- and Trust MD in general.

I’ve been a patient for Dr. Bansal for over four years now and I must say He’s a great doctor! He’s very personable, professional and has always treated me with respect. I have seen several doctors throughout the dmv and honestly, the level of care doesn’t compare.
