We had a really good experience. The staff were really kind and helpful. My only complaint would be the time we were left sitting after our appointment. We were left waiting 20 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment. However, that seems to be an acceptable time here in Florida and I guess we just get used to it. The facility was very clean and the restroom was clean. People were nice. The Dr. was very patient with the kids.

I seen Rachel Ile Myers as a new patient, she is Very thoughtful and explains Everything Very well and takes time to answer questions. I noticed a mistake with one of my prescriptions and called back to office and it was taken care of immediately, I received a call back from Ms Rachel within 20 min of original call. The front office staff is also phenomenal, professional and so kind.

Do NOT come here for primary care. My first appointment, I had to get preliminary bloodwork drawn. Nurse Richard took my blood without gloves and unfortunately I did not say anything to him or the doctor about it but I should have. My next appointment, a week later, was to discuss labs and have a physical. Some labs I had asked for were missing so they had to do another blood draw. The nurse had to stick me twice because my right arm wasn't flowing correctly. I started to feel dizzy after the second stick, so she stopped and told me to lay down. I was fine after a few seconds but she went to ask a superior if she had gotten a sufficient sample. I'm not sure of her superior's name, it might be Cassandra, but her attitude was very aggressive. They both came back and the first thing she said when she came in was "So, we cannot take your blood here anymore, if you need bloodwork done you will have to go to the lab." Okay, fine. Then she said "because now we're going to have to sit here with you to make sure you're okay and we have other patients." There were already tears in my eyes because my anxiety was through the roof and I was trying to push through but then she had the gall to basically tell me I was burdening them right now. That is ridiculous. The rest of the staff is nice and so was Dr. Naseer, but since the first appointment's incident, I had decided I wasn't going to return but I just needed my labs. Now I definitely won't be returning.

Dr. Rachel is wonderful she listens to what I have to say. She is very compassionate and cares about her patients. Nurse Richard went beyond helping me so thankful to him. All staff are really nice.

Every time I’ve gone here, it has been a semi emergency, and they have treated me in exactly the way I needed. The people are always courteous and helpful. Despite being a bare bones operation, they are very capable.

Dr.Nasser is an expert in her field. She listens close to your problem and finds the best solution. Of the many doctors I have seen She is the best overall. And the staff is the best and kindest you'll find.

Everyone very pleasant, efficient and thorough. Dr. Nasser wonderful,proactive . Glad I chose to establish her as my primary care Dr.
