[This is a genuine google review with no intention of violating policy. I say that in case another attempt is made in reporting it, which raises more concerns.
Looking through other reviews, it's clear that this experience isn't isolated. There's a recurring pattern of complaints about:

Rude and unprofessional staff, especially receptionists
Neglect of patients' medical and mental health needs
Poor communication with families
Unsafe and unsanitary conditions
Inadequate treatment options
Patients reportedly leaving in worse condition than when they arrived]

[The standard suggestion to email [email protected] appears to be an attempt to move complaints out of public view rather than a genuine effort to resolve systemic issues. Multiple reviewers mention contacting this address without satisfactory outcomes. They were able to hide this review somehow but I reached out to google so that wouldn't be the case]

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the unacceptable behavior of the receptionist Breanne at this facility during a recent crisis involving my mother, who is a patient here.
We had just lost someone three months ago, which has led to this mental crisis and when I received an alarming call from my mother, I immediately contacted the facility to ensure her safety and well-being. However, the receptionist was dismissive, insensitive, and rude, initially claiming that my mother was not a patient at the facility without even attempting to verify the information.

When I called back to confirm my mother's status, the receptionist became defensive and hostile after I called out her initial approach, raising her voice and it was clear that she was not interested in helping me. After expressing my frustration with her inappropriate behavior, I handed the phone to my wife, who calmly and respectfully attempted to gather information about my mother's well-being.
Throughout the conversation, the receptionist's tone remained irritable. It was only due to my wife's patient and persistent efforts that the receptionist finally confirmed my mother was safe. However, shockingly, the receptionist then abruptly hung up on my wife while she was still speaking, leaving us with unresolved concerns and questions.

While I understand that working in a mental health facility can be challenging, there is absolutely no excuse for the lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency displayed by the receptionist. It is essential for individuals working in this field to be equipped with the necessary skills and training to handle sensitive situations with care, understanding, and a focus on the well-being of both patients and their families.
The receptionist's behavior was completely unacceptable and inexcusable, causing my family unnecessary distress and potentially delaying critical care for my mother during an already emotionally devastating time.

I strongly urge the facility's management to address this issue promptly and provide extensive staff training to ensure that patients and their families are treated with the compassion, respect, and professionalism they deserve, especially during times of crisis. The receptionist's behavior should not be tolerated or defended, as it goes against the fundamental principles of patient care and human decency.
I hope that by sharing my experience, I can help prevent other families from enduring similar mistreatment and ensure that this Doctors 'Behavioral Health Center' takes the necessary steps to improve their staff's conduct and prioritize the well-being of their patients and their loved ones.

There facility is awful took myself there because I needed help for suicidal thoughts and they locked me in a room with no windows or anything and there was a concrete bed and the help there is a joke. I waited 2 days to see a doctor. They didn't even meet with me for two days.. I wanted out of there and they didn't let me even though it was my right to let myself out of there as I took myself there. They need to be shut down it's ridiculous and so unclean too there was dirt and dist everywhere.

This facility is ACTIVELY mistreating my partner who is currently hospitalized here and poisoning them as well. My partner had Stephen-Johnson reaction to Keppra 14 months ago due to an apparent allergy and they are forcing them to take Keppra and delegitimizing the seizures being caused by the allergy. I was visiting them last night and the visitation was cut short because of vomiting cause by the medication allergen.

This facility does not listen to actual diagnoses.

Do not come here if you are struggling with mental health. They will not help you at all! I have depression and anxiety and just threw me in with no care in the world. Please avoid this place

Some of the staff were kind and seemed to be trying their best. Shout out to Nurse Thea and the clinician Alma. Specifically, they were both shining lights. That being said, I had a truly traumatic experience here. Do not send your loved ones here. Do not volunteer to go into this facility until they fix the disorganized and, at times, negligent care. This place will change you, but not in the way you want. I wake up at night from nightmares from this place.

They treat mental healthcare like a joke. Literally just got laughed at on the phone. Also In the past they gave me staff infection with a pneumonia shot. Brought up the pain constantly. Still hurt when i got out. Was charged outrageous amount by my lousy insurance. Contacted them about it. Denied i ever said anything. They also force you to be unmedicated for almost 2 days which for me is pure agony. And they could care less the whole time i said anything

They do Not deserve a star, only left one to be able to leave a review. It's been years ago that I walked into this facility suicidal. I didn't ever get to speak to anyone! I left hopeless & distraught still. Thank God above, he gave me the strength to not go thru with it!๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ™
After reading these horrific reviews, I pray they get fully investigated!

I recently called this place to get information on a patient. Marley who I spoke to was very rude and needs to learn phone etiquette. I asked to speak to a nurse and she said to call back in a hour and a half. I replied thank you very much and she just hung up on me. I understand it might be stressful working there but it is also stressful for family members.
