DMH is a life saver! I was sick and my doctor's office had no appointments available same day. I was able to walk in with no appointment to Express Care. They got me in and out. I was treated and diagnosed. My prescriptions were waiting on me at my pharmacy when I was done. Thank you DMH for having such caring, patient, professional, and knowledgeable staff!

Each and every time I have visited our home town hospital i have been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond in my opinion. Having grown up in an area that did not have a hometown hospital I appreciate the nearness and reliability of DMH.

Not patient or family friendly. No signs of when cafeteria is open, locked doors, etc. ER staff were nice and thorough.

I wish I didn't have to give you a star worst service ever a 14-year-old goes in there with chest pains and you make them sit there for over an hour just in the waiting room then the doctor tries to release them without any kind of test no EKG no blood work nothing we made them do testing I would not make my worst enemy go to the hospital and I know they didn't want to do any of the testing because the patient was my daughter

Went to this ER recently with abdominal pain. I was admitted immediately and they began to treat me. I was seen by a doctor within 30 minutes or so and then taken for CT, along with blood work and other tests. I was given something for pain and less than an hour later I had a diagnosis and was admitted. I was taken to a private room upstairs. The bed was made with plenty of clean sheets and a blanket and there was also a very comfortable recliner chair in the room. I ended up having to stay for 3 additional days to be treated. My pain was well managed the entire time. The staff clearly communicated what and when treatment drugs would be given and then they followed through and did exactly what they said they would do. And speaking of the staff, they were the best part of the experience. Every single RN, CNA and Nurse Practitioner was professional and most of all nice! Every one of them made me feel like they actually cared about my condition. And, most importantly, they did fix me! My compliments to the administration of this facility for the staff they have working for them. We are lucky in Perry for having a hospital like this to service our community. I will not hesitate to return for any further emergency medical needs.

The ER "Doctor" should not have a license. My wife just left the ER in tears he treated her with such a lack of empathy, his entire attitude was "what do you want me to do?"

My wife contacted her OBGYN office and they just sent her to the Tallahassee medical center for proper treatment.

Absolutely pathetic. I can see why this place gets such bad reviews.

If your condition is not life threatening I highly suggest you go to Tallahassee instead.

Mom went to the ER for a broken arm and was taken care of very well. A few times mom went in for tests and was treated well. But when mom fell and her foot wouldn't stop bleeding, she had to bleed in an ER room for over three hours. We were told that they had a heart attack patient who needed all their attention and to stop expecting care. This was a critical point in my mom's death. Mom was dying and needed all the regular tests done, but they refused. I was told to call the EMTs to carry her back into the house. The next day, I took mom to Tallahassee where she received care and testing but it was too late.

Just keep driving past there’s a handful of decent people but the rest aren’t friendly or professional
