After experiencing a pinched nerve injury, I volunteered myself into a physical therapy program with Doctors of PT. Donna evaluated me(she is great). Richard Hartman(he also is great) was my therapist for an 8 week program. I was in very bad shape when I began, I now feel Great, very professional staff. Thanks for improving my life!

What an outstanding service these folks bring to village. They are very professional and very good at taking care of you. Richard and Donna are the best. Getting scheduled is extremely easy working with Melissa. She always is very flexible and making any changes I needed. I would highly recommend this location it is a touch above the rest. I had major surgery and needed a facility that appeared to be one that was very personalized and dedicated to helping its patients. After a bit of research and reaching out to friends for feedback, I discovered Colletti Physical Therapy in Antioch, IL. I called and talked to someone at the front desk and she was very patient and understanding, as I was still sorting out my post-surgery requirements. Once I had, I had my doctor contact them and then I set up an appointment and began my physical therapy. I was paired with Taylor and Jessica. What a great team. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Over a couple of months they helped me to get through the first few months of surgical pain and helped me to get strong again. They have a very comfortable facility and atmosphere. Very caring and friendly. Also, they never failed to show for our appointments. I HIGH recommend them and will be using them again, when the time comes. It is nice to know that there are people like the folks at Coletti to help people in need. THANK YOU, Taylor, Jessica, Hope and Mark and all the others who work at Colletti.

I've been a client at Colletti PT since 2008 when they first helped with my post-op from back surgery. The original owner, Steve Colletti, set the foundation for this company, and though he is not the owner anymore, the new owners and management, along with the very skilled therapist, continue the excellent patient care and treatment. This is a very clean and well organized facility with a great crew of highly educated individuals who make it their goal to get you back to a healthy life.

I came in for an injury screening on my elbow recently and was very pleased with how thorough Dr. Leitza was with explaining what my injury was and how to help myself with healing it. I would recommend going here to anyone that needed advice and help with rehabilitation.
