The sales staff helped me find the best walker for my lower back issues & hip fracture. I’m fairly tall & they advised that this walker would help take the pressure off. It was very affordable. On Thursday, April 27, 2023, my husband and I went to Dove Medical Supply (on 2172 Lawndale Dr., Greensboro) looking for a 16-oz. pump bottle of Biofreeze pain relief gel.

The store had a 32-oz. tester bottle, which couldn’t be sold, and they had the Biofreeze in smaller tubes and roll-on bottles. The young gentleman sales associate that was discussing our Biofreeze options was very friendly and informed us that the store should be receiving a shipment very soon. A young lady sales associate overheard our conversation and informed us that they (the sales associates) could order the 16-oz. Biofreeze for us and we could either come to the store to pick it up when it arrived or they could have the gel shipped to our house. Because we really needed the gel today, we wanted to look elsewhere to see if any other local medical supply stores had the gel in stock.

I am giving this review 5 stars because our interaction with these two sales associates was a very positive one. Both associates were friendly and very helpful.

The store appeared to be well-stocked with a variety of medical supply products. While we were there, a sales associate was helping a customer with selecting an appropriate rollator walker and what little time we were there, the associate was patient and courteous with the customer.

We will definitely return to this store in the future.
